The heart rate, temperature shot up. I got that much needed sweat. i woke up a bit in the blues&dump today😪🥲.Definitely mood lifting. I'll do them again tomorrow,I felt heavy today. Thanks for these chair exrcises, I do share with friends out here

THANK UUUUUUU, I've been searching for "awhile" for exercises that I could do in a chair, due to needing to loose 30lbs and being extremely limited in movement and debilitating pain(need double knee replacement and double hip replacement). Your videos are actually inspiring, you give alternative and great positive energy. Thank you sooooo very much, your videos are what I've been looking for!!!
My son's favorite color is orange. My daughter's favorite color is green. (my favorite color is blue, so I don't know how I made green and orange lovers) The first of your videos I saw those colors in your studio and it made me so happy. This is the exact chair routine I have been looking for!! I am 64yo, but do not like the chair workouts for seniors. I have arthritis in both knees and need to lose a lot of weight. I will add your workouts to my routines and look forrward to seeing results soon.
My body is just a body but I’m making it a temple with this workout today.

Hi I'm not sure if you read your comments or not but I am wondering is there a way with your exercise to help lift your butt I am a older woman and my butt has dropped and has become flattened and I was wondering if there's any way to lift and pump the butt back up with chair exercise I do have arthritis in both knees and both shoulders so that's why do squats.. thank you for helping me I work out with you every morning ❤️❤️❤️
