    I'm 6'4 320 pounds and it is like a bed in there for me. The curve of the seats on the upper back do get a lil numbing after long periods of time but it is far from unbearable. I'm so happy I purchased this vehicle.
    Update: at 6138miles and the back tires have been replaced. Have yet to do donuts (not counting the massive burnout minutes before replacing the rear tires). Driving it in drag mode will eat the tires alive get out and you smell the burnt rubber without ever making a smoke cloud. The sound on drag mode is absolutely perfect, the shifting and response completely transforms the car. Another plus I've yet to lose to any hellcat variant on the street in both dig and roll because all the power sticks in drag in mode. I was pleasantly surprised to that I wasn't gapped by a Corvette (definitely one newer ones 2018-2022 models not a expert on it).
    Street times for with my heavy ass in the 4.12 0-60. 12.4 1/4 mile. No modifications added to car.

    Good review! I love the 392 Trim, it's comfortable, fast, and looks badass. The numbers don't lie, this car is very competitive out there in it's class.

    Bought mean 2 days ago my god. I have had a 2012 charger rt and 2015 Challenger rt. This is 1320 is nothing I have ever driven. So worth it. I would have gotten a 2020 hell cat is what I wanted but navy federal doesn't finance used vehicles older than 2021.

    Im enjoying the review, love those 1320’s! ….But… WHY are you beating on somebody’s brand new car!!?? Shame on that dealer for letting it happen!! These cars require a specific break in and you just blew the procedure. Its not just you I see other reviewers doing it to and every time I see it I get disgusted! Still gave you a thumbs up because of the good overview

      Yes, Dodge recommends a very specific break-in procedure, and no racing for the first 1,500 miles. I've had the oil on my 1320 analyzed at every oil change so far. 1st change at 900 miles, 2nd at 1,500 miles, then I hit the drag strip. Just changed it again at 1,620 miles, but those last 120 miles were all accumulated at the drag strip. My point is these engines take a while to break-in. Mine 1320 has had high wear metals at each oil change. My 5.7 Hemi Dodge Durango has 20,000 miles, has had 5 oil & filter changes, and STILL has high wear metals. Based upon literally decades of experience with new engine break-in and oil analysis, it can take 20,000 to 25,000 miles before these engines settle down and stop generating so much wear metal...

    I have a 2022 Smoke Show Grey 1320 and yes it's a beast. From a Launch it smoked Three, 5.0s and a C8 vette so far..0 to about 75. The transbrake makes all the difference.

    • @keeganjacobs5913
      @keeganjacobs5913 8 місяців тому +1

      is transbrake or launch mode good on the street or only for drag strip? How many miles do you get on stock tires on 1320? What mode works best from a stop / dig , foot break, transbrake , or launch mode ?

    • @artillerybuff2000
      @artillerybuff2000 6 місяців тому

      Interesting. I've gotten my best 1/4 mile times at the drag strip with my 1320 without the transbrake.

    • @Torchninja
      @Torchninja 6 місяців тому

      @artillerybuff2000 I haven't used it at the track but stoplight to stoplight it is a blast to use. It can be a bit touchy to engage .

    • @artillerybuff2000
      @artillerybuff2000 6 місяців тому

      @keeganjacobs5913 The people I know who actually drag race at the track get their best times, either foot braking or using launch control. I don't know anyone who is using the transbrake It is difficult to use when staging in an actual race, and even when you do have plenty of time to set it up, the result was we actually trapped faster without it. I have found the best tire pressure to be 19 or 20 psi in the rears and 40 psi in the front for racing with the OEM drag radials. That being said, these drag tires are very soft and will not last long on the street. My 1320 was ordered with one seat and no other options to keep it as light as possible. Once I hit the 1,500 break-in miles, it never hit the streets again; I bought it to race. If I was going to use it as a daily driver, I would change the tires. If you plan to street race and want to drive it with sticky tires all the time, plan to change them every 5,000 to 10,000 miles give-or-take. Actually, the best wheel & tire setup on the back for serious drag racing is a 17x10 beadlock wheel with a sticky Mickey tire on it. Lastly, definitely use launch control if street racing on a non prepped surface. Otherwise, in drag mode, you'll just sit there spinning, and spinning ain't winning!

    Should not be hammering the throttle on a brand new car like that. Dodge says to drive moderately for the first 300 miles, then after that, BREIF full throttle bursts and downshifting deceleration helps to promote break-in. The performance pages don't turn on until you hit 500 miles, however, full on racing is not recommended until you hit 1,500 miles.

    Too bad because of emission laws and the way they calculate the credits they could not put a 411 rear gear in the 1320 the extra acceleration would be worth a loss of a top end of 15 mile an hour actually even an optional 456 gear cuz after all the cars made for the quarter mile they could have even put them extra wide demon tires on it as a option with the 456 gear do you guys think that car would have sold good if they made it

    The fender flares in the rear are ok… the new 170 has that setup… but the fender flares on the front look stupid… it’s not a Jeep on 44”mudders it’s a muscle car… and the only reason I would tolerate flares on the back is to get more rubber…
