Have you tried using miso in some of these cheesier dishes? I know a bunch of recipes use it for tofu ricotta. Something about the science of miso makes it so that the sodium needed to perserve it doesn’t effect blood pressure like plain kosher/pink/table salt.
This was a great video! I’m not a huge fan of breakfast but, the bacon looks delicious. I might try that on a vegan BLT since I don’t eat pork. Lunch looked fun but not healthy! 😂 Dinner looks good. I wouldn’t think mixing Alfredo with pesto but, hey, why not? You make eating vegan look fun!
