@@veganhippiesol I didn't use bread flour, I don't think I kneaded it long enough, I either over- or under-proofed, and I didn't put flour on the parchment paper so they stuck. My bagels came out pretty flat and rough looking. I ate them, but they could have been much better! 😁
I LOVE bagels, but I've never made them before because they seem so daunting, like I know it's gonna fail. I'm gonna get some new yeast though and try this out though, thanks!
