A handful of walnuts everyday could help to stimulate fat loss and promote healthy body weight. That's what I found when I researched, but ultimately listen to your body and do what's best for you.
I LOVE adding extra beans or lentils or more mushrooms to my walnut meat to stretch it out (like the video says, but maybe even bigger proportions of the veggies to make a bigger portion with less fat per serving?) 💛
