    I've just done all 3 of these asanas and I can't believe the difference. I still have a little pain but nothing like it was. I'll be doing them every day now. Thank you ❤️

      You need to focus on anulom vilom when you do any yoga ,Then only you can see full effect

    Please do a 30 days yoga practice of one hour for kyphosis (neck hump and forward neck) A lot of people is going to upper back pain because of bad posture

    Thank you for sharing these poses, hope it will work for me I am really fed up .......its been 1 week I am using Planet Ayurveda's Orthovita Oil....it is giving me benefit, but I will definitely try these poses so that I can get rid of this pain more faster

    i used these as exercise daily. when sleeping at night with some cold temperatures, pain start in sleeping time , too much pain that intrupt my sleep

    I am 18 and this is wrost then periods. Feels like an electronic shock going except the pain is way more painfull. Thankyou for this exercises

      Yr pehle mujhe lgta tha yeh periods near to death experience hai hone se start ke din aur 2-3 din khaskar abh mujhe lgta h yeh uss se bhi bhyanak pain hai

    Hi Mam, Thank you for sharing these asanas. I have back pain and below is MRI. Can you please let me know if this can be cured with the help of yoga?
    This MRI indicates significant issues at the L4-5 level of the spine. There's disc desiccation (drying out of the disc), along with a broad-based extrusion (protrusion) that's causing severe stenosis (narrowing) of the spinal canal, as well as compression on various nerve roots. Additionally, there's hypertrophy (enlargement) of the ligamentum flavum (a ligament in the spine). The screening MRI for the cervico-dorsal spine, however, shows no obvious abnormalities

    Te cuento que a raiz de sufrir de artrosis en cadera derecha, perdi la capacidad para hacer las dos primeras asanas.

    The third one but I would never throw my body into an asana to fast music. No way. That is the oath to injury. Slow and sure unlocks the piriformis.
