    Of the tutorials I've seen, it's the first time I've seen the galette turned upside down when baking, but that makes me want to try baking this even more!

    The video is too long and we see a lot of you and little of the baking. More concentration on the recipe would be better. Sorry.

    Now I think I’ve found the perfect way to propose to my girlfriend. Bake her one of these with an engagement ring inside, and keep my eye on it so I know that she gets the correct slice. When she finds the ring, then I walk over and propose right there.
    Ladies, give me some feedback, yea or nay. Would you accept a marriage proposal like that?
    All I need now is a girlfriend…

      Almond flour is the main base of the dessert you cannot replace it

    Omg I went to Dominique Ansel earlier this week for a slice of this and it was so delicious!! Loved that it wasn’t too sweet and perfectly flaky and buttery. Will have to try making this sometime, thanks for the videos!!
