i loved bread, could not leavr it alone lovely squashy bread. always 'peckish' stopped eating bread, felt calmer and just not always hungry. not easy but simple. pre diabetic and appreciate food a lot more, more food aware. work in progress. stil dabbling with porridge, lost 15 kilos aim to lose another 6. quite hopeful but slow progress. this video is very reassuring. keep eating plan it simple do not get overwhelmed with information.
