Its possible that Eddie and Samantha will come across the Victis Team at some point or maybe even Monty, given they were banished to the Dark Aether and Cold War Zombies is all about exploring and utilizing the power from it. I think it'd be cool to see a Finale part 2 at some point in the future.

It all makes sense with how zombies would be in the same mw universe, as in the first map cutscene it shows how the Nazis explored the dark either but sealed their locations away until a hidden gov branch explored it, and most likely keeping the pubic in a low while their strike teams take care of the outbreaks

I don’t like how everything’s connected to one universe now because it pretty much shuts down all chances of games like Advanced Warfare and Ghosts(both of which I love) ever getting recognized again because now everything has to be in the one universe where none of that stuff would’ve happened

Only hint of treyarch in mw2022 is the treyarch logo in the game intro and the black ops aim assist option

It's still really hard to get across to people what a reboot is because so many people are saying "I thought soap and ghost were dead" and stuff like that.
I love this reboot so much, the new modern warfares kick ass and the old school treyarch campaigns were great. I'm interested to see what would happen with a futuristic cod, do bo3/bo4 still count?

The modern warfare games are more or less what a realistic military is like, at least on its surfacs
I think the campaign characters being in the same universe was cool, but I feel zombies should be it's own thing.
If this is true, it completely ruins the MW story, since everything is going to worth sh1t in 2025 and all the events of BO4 and BO3
Since Cold War, BO2, 3 and 4 are not canon in this timeline

WaW-mw2022 is all in the same universe, including the zombies since the campaign characters literally appear in zombies now and requiem was working to cover up and destroy the zombie outbreaks happening over the world. They literally lie to the public and say that there are gas leaks making people sick or something along those lines.
