    I was just thinking, what could be better for moving acid or blood around your body than qi gong with Kseny in outer space? Or when getting out of a landing pod, rather than carried, with less blood volume than some people, and what could be us at our most heartless, lol; might be an especially good time for qi gong? Worker ants can be pretty good at keeping pace as well, or that which seldom stops like the wanderer, as the wanderer will always find a way to wander; but I imagine it might feel more or less triumphant depending on how you feel getting out of the landing pod. And also the only feeling that some people will ever know.

    How close to bed time would you recommend doing this? Or does it not really matter too much? I tend to find whenever I do any sort of activity before bed, it wakes me up more than it winds me down. I think I likely just answered my own question, but would appreciate your thoughts. Thank you.

      Hi there, thanks for your question. You could do it 60-45 minutes before going to bed. The key is to keep your breath slow and soft breathing in & out the nose.
