I have an uncle who had a similar vomiting problem as you (from an old head injury), kept him from working because as soon as he started any type of labor at his job he would start throwing up. He was recommended medical marijuana but he refused since he just didn't like cannabis but he decided to try out CBD since it has none of the THC and it worked pretty well for him. Didn't 100% cure him but helped suppress the nausea a lot.
Brian, it was a huge honor to get to come out And check the gym out, I encourage anyone who is interested in visiting neversate to do so. the atmosphere was awesome, everyone there was super friendly and helpful and just push each other to the max. hands down the greatest experience iv had. I look forward to making the trip out again
Has the vomiting thing ever been diagnosed? Dysphagia + type 2 achalasia sufferer here. I've had some horrible 12-24hr vomiting episodes and lost approx 20kg in the last year. Well done for keeping your strength. Your videos are inspiring! I hope it gets better
Your an animal man...i really appreciate what you throw out there. Training to be dangerous is what i have in mind with your influence and its made a big difference for me.
Really glad youre here putting out information. Theres never really been a sport that fits the exact niche of why I like to train, but "Be Dangerous" sums it up perfectly. It gives me a lot of drive to see where that mindset can take me.
Papa Alsruhe delivering awesome content as always.. Looking forward to more of this different kind of training. Multi-purpose strength is what I'm after anyway. A mix of bodyweight, powerlifting, strongman and bodybuilding with some challenging supersets and giant sets ? I'm sold !
Been a fan since day 1 brother. I’m just getting caught up on the videos. Been busy with life. I recommend your channel to people all the time. I’m still following your program. I’ll pray for you and your health. Never give up! Die Empty!
Way to get after it big man. I think you'd like this quote: "No citizen has a right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training....what a disgrace it is for a man to grow old without ever seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable" - Socrates
That is a Awesome Mentality to have. You are dam sure dangerous!! Thanks for releasing that footage even tho it wasnt garanteed as you said at the end. Just fininshed here and heading over to Uncle Nic.
Doing one arm dumbbell rows in a stone lifting stance and holding the opposing arm similar to how you were doing the t-bar rows feels amazing as well. Glad you're able to hit 4 in a week again brother! Always appreciate the content and the work ethic you provide
Man this channel is great you're inspiring me to change up how I have to think about training myself ... I'm not suffering as obviously as you but health is the bottom line man... All these weights are just tools... It's good to see different exercises especially when they performed by someone who knows their shit. Thanks man... not to be corny but this is seriously inspirational to me.
I like your deadlift setup. It's like you approach the weight like it's dangerous, but also that you are confident in getting it (the weight) up. You mean business.
You’re an animal. I hit a pr recently and had a great workout today, thanks for the inspiration. Working everyday for two weeks to become dangerous and will not stop, these videos were a big part of that resolution/goal
Glad that you got in 4 sessions this week! Hope things keep getting better! I have a question regarding your banded facepulls, namely: do you retract your shoulder blades or do you keep them neutral or even try to push your shoulders forward to get extra tension on your rear delts? Thanks for this incredible channel and all the info and inspiration you and your friends provide!
Indeed some very nice exercises man keep up the good work! inspiring to see something new for a change :) After I finish my program will definitely give this a try. For now I'm just staying with the traditional lifts which i'm also covering to be able to achieve my goals. I'm only a noob but have already made tremendous gains. Still a very long way to go though... Anyway a fit and healthy 2019 to everyone. Peace my lifting brothers
I am following this channel for a while now, but after I got that book written by david goggins as christmas present I really understand what neversate is about.
Dangerous is a strategy that I am adopting. I'm 46, don't need to be huge for any reason and I don't plan to ever compete. Just really need to be dangerous. Glad you got 4 sessions in. Hope it's a sign of good things to come
Nice work mate! And congrats! Loving your program for similar reasons btw so thanks heaps for it! Massive calf cramp that is still hurting now from yesterday after all that skipping you gave me haha Cheers mate! :-D
Glad to see you starting the year off well! I know when you get your health problems figured out you’ll not only have the ability but the drive to destroy anything you want to
Damn! Getting all the structure checked, labs drawn,? I wonder why the doc's can't figure out what the deal is with the vomiting? BRAVO ZULU to you Brian for continuing to train!
I appreciate the part of your video where you comment onwhere you're at and how your training is going. I'll be 43 this year and I'm having to adjust my training routine to include boxing and still be able to work out in the gym. While I do approach training what's giving my best every time I'm in realistically I know I can't do the 2hr+ workouts like I was in my 20s. Anyways, I enjoy the content from your videos and keep inspiring.
Much respect to you Brian, I know you have alot going on. Just keep pushing man and stay happy. Thank you for all your videos and all the tips you give. Keep it going!💪
Hang in there Brian! You are an inspiration and the lighter workout style is good for mobility and connective tissue health. Once you get your issues figured out you'll probably be setting new PR's weekly. Take care man!
Hell yeah brother! Much respect. Keep it up! You're an inspiration to me, and make me work harder each and every day I step into the gym. Thank you for all you do Brian.
Is there any chance Dirty Andy could start using "Classy!" as a catchphrase, following his brief but memorable appearance in the World's Strongest Man final?!
Great video! Trying weighted abs tomorrow! A question for Brian or any other members of the faithful. How accurate are the band weights for the Rogue mini-bands? I used them for banded hex bar deadlifts and I don’t believe I can lift what they say I am lifting. My previous 1 rep max with no bands was 380 about 2 months ago and tonight My total with supposed band tension was 540! No way!
Hi Brian. I hope the Doctors can help you get a diagnosis and some relief from the vomiting. I took a few days away from the gym over the Christmas period, I'm back on to week 8 of the 4 horsemen tomorrow.
Glad to see you back at it Brian. Hope you keep to progress. By the way, is there any way to exchange emails for a set price? I would love to bounce some ideas off you and see what you thank. Cheers from Indiana
Hey Brian, man there are 49 sons of guns out there training powerlifting and doing you tube vids. There is also no shortage of strongman vids and such. There is no one that I know of that is training how to be dangerous the way you would. (I haven't actually looked so there may be I dunno). "Sheepdawg strong". There is something else I would follow you for. Keep doing your thing Brian.
hanging knee raise looks interesting. Have you seen the knee exercise done in muay thai? its kinda like skipping while throwing knees. I wonder if the hanging knee raise will make knees more devastating
Brian, you are a god damn inspirational monster! Keep it going and keep the awesome content coming. Just finishing dark horse and will be starting 4 horsemen v soon after 👌🏻
Do you think you'll ever give Olympic Weightlifting a serious shot? Seems to me it has a few things in common with your current goals, i.e. where being big isn't always an advantage, explosive strength and balance in equal amounts, a way to get your whole body moving as one etc. not to mention the carry over to Strongman like with Joey and Martin Licis
Field athletes shouldn't train like strength athletes. Maximal Strength is an end for strength athletes while 90% of the time maximal strength is a mean to end for field athletes, speed, reactive strength and explosive strength are much more important characteristics.
Regarding the atlas stone do you always lift it to the same shoulder or do you alternate shoulders between workouts? Wouldn't it create a muscle imbalance if you are always lifting it to the same shoulder? Regarding deadlifts how to do you feel about hook grip vs mixed grip? I recently started retraining my deadlift from scratch using only hooked grip, making good gains so far but my hooked grip deadlift is still much much weaker than mixed grip. I was influenced by videos from Larry Wheels and Dr Deadlift to make this change. But is there a place for mixed grip deadlifting or is pure hook grip the way to go?
About the hook grip: I retrained it as well and it was weaker, or so I thought. I was actually not extending my wrists enough, so too little of my thumb was under the bar. My grip was more like a double overhand grip with my thumb pinched in. Try turning your hands a little as if you wanted to push your wrists into the ground. Having the thumb just a bit more perpendicular to the bar helps as well, you'll have to experiment more than you think for your specific hands.
Hang in there brother, just know you have a lot of people that got your back. If you don't mind can you please explain what is causing all the sickness?
Big fan for 3 years from Taiwan(ROC). Just found out that you have our National Flag hung in your gym, don’t know if you know China’s recent threaten to us, but very happy to see our flag here, thank you. BTW i just hit a deadlift pr yesterday!
I was prepared for that slap at the start of your video and of course you didn't do it lol. Dude you're one strong sum bitch. 600 lb deadlift without straps is just impressive to me. 540 lb farmers walk is crazy! You motivate me thanks for the videos.
Have you ever been diagnosed for celiac? (Gluten disease) you can developed this and not show symptoms until your older Stomach things and vomiting are definitely symptoms. (I have celiac)
Could you do a video where you do a CrossFit workout or series of CrossFit workouts for a week and then do a recap / thoughts / impressions of those workout videos?
I have an uncle who had a similar vomiting problem as you (from an old head injury), kept him from working because as soon as he started any type of labor at his job he would start throwing up. 100% agree!
Me too!
The vomitting just makes you more dangerous, your meat vehicle now comes with a stomach acid cannon!
It was amazing having you out brother! Thank you so much for coming!
Have an awesome 2019 Brian. Get better and stay dangerous brother! You inspire more people than you will ever know.
Has the vomiting thing ever been diagnosed?

LOL "Meat Vehicle" epic. Glad to hear you have had some successful workouts brother. I pray it continues.
I hope your health gets better as soon as possible. Good luck Brian!

Keep being dangerous Brian!!! Always inspiring!
You inspire me to workout
You're the best, bro! You got this!! Stay the course!!

Great job Brian
Keep kicking ass
I'm so happy to hear you're able to get further in you're workouts than you've been able to. I really hope you continue to improve!
Glad you could get in a workout. I hope you keep feeling better.

Great video as usual. Stay strong brian!
finally found a gym in my area with strongman equipment🙏🏻 im so happy and ready to train
I am following this channel for a while now, but after I got that book written by david goggins as christmas present I really understand what neversate is about.

You're a champ mate! I wish you all the best for your health and training for 2019!
I love that kind of warrior yoga pose you do before the deadlifts. Looks powerful!
Glad to see you starting the year off well! I know when you get your health problems figured out you’ll not only have the ability but the drive to destroy anything you want to
A dammm hero man, your awesome, keep going man,
Damn! Getting all the structure checked, labs drawn,? I wonder why the doc's can't figure out what the deal is with the vomiting? BRAVO ZULU to you Brian for continuing to train!
Keep up the amazing work Brian, you are such an inspiration to many people (including myself)
Your trademark black & white moments were missed, so I mentally added some during that Z-press back landing :p

Glad to see you getting back in action! Good luck!
Laughed my ass off because of that, he was right though.
absolutely inspirational!
Kona and Nala in the intros forever!!
Brian you look like a mixture of Terry Hollands and Mike Bisping

Hi Brian. I hope the Doctors can help you get a diagnosis and some relief from the vomiting.
I took a few days away from the gym over the Christmas period, I'm back on to week 8 of the 4 horsemen tomorrow.
Only can go beast mode for 10 minutes before you gotta stop? Sounds like you’ve reached Super Saiyan 3. Congrats!
Glad to see you back at it Brian. Hope you keep to progress. By the way, is there any way to exchange emails for a set price? I would love to bounce some ideas off you and see what you thank. Cheers from Indiana
Great...keep banging away
Hey Brian, man there are 49 sons of guns out there training powerlifting and doing you tube vids. There is also no shortage of strongman vids and such. Love to hear your opinion on larry wheels doing strongman training with hafthor, should of gone to you man , no bias
Brian, you are a god damn inspirational monster! Keep it going and keep the awesome content coming.
Just finishing dark horse and will be starting 4 horsemen v soon after 👌🏻

Is braced core and nausea related in some way? No idea, but just a random thought since body is under quite pressure during valsava maneuver..
Hang in there brother, just know you have a lot of people that got your back. If you don't mind can you please explain what is causing all the sickness?
Hey Brian, two things. Any progress in getting the vomiting sorted? And less important what shoes do you wear?
Big fan for 3 years from Taiwan(ROC). Just found out that you have our National Flag hung in your gym, don’t know if you know China’s recent threaten to us, but very happy to see our flag here, thank you. BTW i just hit a deadlift pr yesterday!

You da man 💪
Speaking of hard training; any suggestions for training-induced insomnia? Just avoid training late in the day?
Have you ever been diagnosed for celiac? (Gluten disease) you can developed this and not show symptoms until your older
Stomach things and vomiting are definitely symptoms. (I have celiac)
On the stone to shoulder lift do you or should you switch shoulders to prevent muscle imbalances if someone isn't interested in competing?
Does a baseball player switch his stance when batting? I think of it the same way man
1:17 if Olu was my guardian angel i'm sure I'd get my sh** together ASAP
may be a stupid question but what is the need for putting your head through the window when overhead pressing.
gets your body back under the bar which puts you in a more mechanically advantageous position.
What is going on with your health?
Forreal!! You have us worrying Brian we don't wanna see you in this state 🤧
Could someone explain to me the parentheses in (be)dangerous or suffer beauti(ful)ly? Watched the previous videos and didn't catch it's meaning.
Strongmen training is awesome
Baby steps are still progress. Nothing ever comes as fast as we want it.
I hate those Rogue t-bar platforms. Give me the landmine t-bar any day!
Hopefully you will get healthy soon I can't imagine vomiting so often
Does this sickness still happen even if you train outside?
Maybe try several 20 min sessions per day? so that you can keep the volume the same rather than losing strength/muscle. Get better Brian!!!
Voice sounds a little better. Hope you are beginning to heal.
Was the vomiting cause ever identified?
What do the doctors say?
Crossfit Strongman
hey Brian, try fasting for few days. Water only.
can we get an update on your split jerk with joey in a couple of months to see your progress and maybe a nice competition between you and joey?
Swolu watching over you at 1:27 ?
Could you do a video where you do a CrossFit workout or series of CrossFit workouts for a week and then do a recap / thoughts / impressions of those workout videos?
I think there must be something with my hearing....did anyone else hear him saying a 275 Z Press is embarrassing?
No brother, the fact that I used to do 275 and now I’m 100 pounds under it is embarrassing
love u no homo
Get your stomach checked my man. You might have ulcers or something
Meat Vehicle.
