Damn congrats Miles!!!! Lol I had to stop the video at 0:58 to go find the video and watch it. Lol the fact that Brian was taking out the trash and him and everyone stopped what they were doing made it that much better (something I didn't think was possible)

I could not be more thrilled to see Miles go viral. He's a downright inspiration for hitting what amounts to a 2x bodyweight deadlift like that. Ya'll deserve the good things that come your way for how you guys do things at Neversate. Keep putting the bricks in the wall.

Congrats to miles, very proud of him! Also congrats on getting another 4 day working week In bro! Since you are getting your left shoulder built back up, and since I also have dealt with left and right shoulder injuries in the past, do you mind making a video on any exercises that work great for building shoulder strength in all Mobility? I know several others who have had shoulder issues in the past and a video like that would be very helpful to myself and many others. Any kind of exercises that you know of that you use forgetting your left shoulder back up and that other people can use for building shoulder strength back would be awesome.

Hey Brian, could you consider making a video for your favourite explosive hip movements you use in lieu of a squat/deadlift antagonist? I think it would be a good idea because you already have videos on the main movements, as well as rows and pull-ups. Having a video about the explosive hip movements will help people come up with a lot more ideas for giant sets.
