I cut out fast food, high fructose corn syrup, and sugar, started cooking at home and eating protein and eventually started strength training. In less than 2.5 yrs I'm down almost 180 lbs and so many health issues went away. Never going back!

Forty years ago, my mom's friend had a little boy with truly severe ADHD. His mother took him to Puerto Rico for treatment, where her family was from. A doctor there changed his diet, and he was fine after that. He was unusually sensitive to additives, and especially food coloring.
I've heard a lot of cases where removing specifically Red 40 can actually mitigate all kinds of behavioral issues. But of course, you're never gonna hear that from the MSM or the FDA.
But it’s ultimately an individual matter - people have to make the conscious decision to eat healthier and exercise daily.. if they don’t it’s on them.. the system can’t be blamed for the obesity epidemic - they play a role but it comes down to each person

I’m probably one of the healthiest people I know. I only go to hospitals to visit other people who are sick and it’s truly terrifying. My grandmother passed away at 99 working in her garden. Always question your specialist! I was at the dentist many years ago and he was telling me I should get my wisdom teeth taken out. Personally I didn't want to go through the hassle, but instead of saying no to an 'expert,' I asked him if he could show me the X-rays he took and walk me through them, to which he agreed. I then asked him what happens if I don't take them out and he answered reasonably. Then I asked "based on the X-rays you just showed me, do I need to take them out?" He hesitated a bit and then said "No, I guess not." Keep in mind I didn't tell him "No" but got the answer I wanted after 'expert recommendation'... All it took was a line of questioning. He was embarrassed and ended up telling me he makes $4000/tooth for his clinic. Ever since then I looked at experts differently and when the C19 happened, that solidified my lack of trust in 'experts.'
Had a perodontist try to convince me to get a tooth pulled.. her assistant told me not to after she left. I still have it and it is just fine... Female's aren't more ethical than men.
well dentists are crooks, we know this. investigator went to 7 dentists and all had seperate diagnosis and what they wanted to do lol...also depended on if went with inusrance or not.. amazing how u get 30% more cavities when have insurance.. hmm
After a certain age you should never get those removed unless they are impacted and causing infections. Removing them could cause major jaw displacement, resulting in more surgery to correct.

When I lived in Colorado in my childhood every kid was in top shape. Later on when we moved to Oklahoma I was amazed by how many folks had asthma, immune disorders etc. it’s crazy how good can mess you up when add all these chemicals.

What they're saying isn't really "new" to anyone who has been paying attention. I'm 67 years old. People always think I'm AT LEAST 10 years younger. I'm very particular about what I eat, avoiding highly processed food and strictly limiting sugar and alcohol since I was 22 years old, because even back then it was obvious what the problems were and still are.

As someone who has recently quit coke and soda I understand how you can get addicted to it. I lost 30 pounds just by drinking water instead of coke, no other changes to my diet really.

I would like for all these experts to point out. We also changed the numbers on our screenings. If your A1C was 6.0 in the 80's you were not pre diabetic. Now if your A1c is 5.7 you are. Same with cholesterol and many other key figures we use to chart disease and sickness.
This is a really good point. The standards changing for hypertension is a great example of this. It used to be “your age + 100”, and now we simply group all ages together with a standard of 130/80 and we’re surprised that “hypertension” rates have skyrocketed.

I would like for all these experts to point out. We also changed the numbers on our screenings. If your A1C was 6.0 in the 80's you were not pre diabetic. Now if your A1c is 5.7 you are. Same with cholesterol and many other key figures we use to chart disease and sickness.
