How to Wiper arm bushing replacement on the 1992 Dodge D250 truck.

The wiper arm bushings have been long gone for no telling how long, but today I take you guys down the path of replacing and getting the wipers to work. It's a little more difficult than just popping the bushing on and then making the wipers work. So, follow along as I get these things working once again on this 30 year old truck.
