  • In this video I lead you through three stretches to help decrease the tension we all tend to hold in our neck, shoulder, and upper back areas. I also discuss the importance of holding a stretch for longer than you may think.

    Thank you this Helped me so much. I started my new office job about three weeks ago. After being a server for 8 years and working how countless various other jobs where I’ve had to stand bend and even crouch like nursing I didn’t know how painful sitting at a desk could be. I was almost in tears because Of the pain in my shoulder blades but these stretches helped and you helped me understand with the rubber band analogy and the breathe deeply even if it hurts thank you

    Random side note putting rubber bands in the freezer actually helps them retain their stretchyness and gives them more longevity it does not make them snap!

      Thanks for that information! The idea behind the metaphor is that a cold muscle will not move as well in terms of gaining flexibility so I’ll have to work on the specifics of the analogy!♥️
