    Baked sweet potato with chickpeas and peanut butter for a warm brunch. Absolutely fav! I was very sceptical before I tried it, but it is undoubtedly one of the best combos with sweet potato.

    I just started having breakfast and put your video on - 3 minutes in you said you‘d read while having breakfast. I honestly never thought of that!!! I always used to either eat in silence, with a youtube video or a podcast. I immediately stopped the video, put my phone away and had a good read with my avo toast. It was great and i‘ll definitely do that more often now :)

    Thanks for the video Chloe! Love the shots in your new space.💓 Lunch is the hardest meal for me to come up with ideas. I've been eating a lot of hummus, olives and toast or crackers ☺️ either with lunch or as a snack.

    As for snacks, any sort of nuts, only handful for a snack. Apple slices or rice cakes with peanut butter (pure peanut butter no added sugar. Dark chocolate.

    Dates are definitely my go to snack !!! I have around 10 per day sometimes 🙈🙈 applesauce as well for breakfast with granola

    I don’t have lunch as I always have a fairly substantial breakfast. Although if I’m craving an afternoon snack, my latest go-to is sliced banana topped with cashew butter and cacao nibs sprinkled on top! Perfect for any energy dips! 🤤

    I really like the video. My fav food in winter are brussel sprouts and broccoli roasted in the oven with some smoked tofu, greens, sauerkraut and cashews or tahini dressing 🧡

    For a quick meal, I like to make a bowl of quinoa or rice, beans, avocado, and salsa and a side of warm corn tortillas. For snack, I like Cocojune vanilla yogurt with sliced honey crisp apples, banana with peanut butter, or granola and fruit.

    Hello! Hi Chloé, I liked this video and the format, the calm way you speak and the silence in the background. It reminded me of my time on vacation at university and in the kitchen alone, so good. I feel the same when I don't eat a meal with fats and proteins... high carb low fat works for some, not so much for me. There are many trends on the nutrition internet and people take it to heart without knowing how to adapt, don't you think?
    I want to know more about this book

    - apple with tahini
    - grapefruit with date sirup
    - dates with walnuts and tahini
    - banana with hazelnut butter
    - celery sticks with some kind of dip

    I really enjoy baked/normal oats with chocolate during my moon! It really satisfies the carbs cravings and sweet tooth, is also wonderful for the gut.

    As someone who used to eat high carb breakfasts all my life and was later diagnosed with an endocrine & metabolic issue, I will suggest everyone to switch to a high protein breakfast meal if you can. It will sustain your energy levels throughout the day and keep you from overeating in the evening and spiking your insulin.

      We have really high quality farming in Switzerland and the eggs she’s eating are probably from free range chickens living theirs best lives. Not all farming is cruel.
