    hello! Miso is traditionally stirred in at the final stage of cooking, either over a gentle simmer or heat with turned off. Miso nutritional benefits are damaged when boiled!

    I don't know if you know this, but you don't have to skip breakfast with intermittent fasting. You can also eat dinner early and start fasting in the evening. Also 12h of not eating is already very healthy for the gut, I try and not make it too strict for myself.

    Can’t wait to try making the soup! Just a note, sometimes, when you exercise a lot, you skip periods. It’s very common for female athletes. You can supplement with vitamin B12 . This is also recommended for people on a plant based diet. Definitely, I would check with a doctor about B 12 levels, if you have any concerns, in order to get accurate information. I have a friend who is a raw vegan and has to have a shot vs a pill ‘cause her stomach doesn’t absorb it anymore. Interesting, huh?

    Absolutely love all of your videos❤️ and love all your recipes ❤️😍 short tip; you shouldn't cook with olive oil, this oil looses everything good ingredients when it's getting hot. Better use sunflower oil or any other oil😘😊

    Heyy! How was your experience with starting to have breakfast again? I'd love to have it again, but after IF for almost 2 years I find it really hard to eat in the morning as my appetite naturally only comes at around 12. Did you feel full once you started it again?

    A thought you might consider: I know 'what I eat in a day' videos probably get lots of views but I think you may be benefiting from diet culture and disordered eating trends here. Would you consider changing the captions to 'vegan recipe ideas' or 'a foodie blog'?

    Bonjour Chloé, je voulais juste te signaler rapidement que la pâte de curry rouge que tu utilises (8:15) contient des crevettes ou du poisson il me semble. J’utilisais la même jusqu’à ce que je le remarque. Si jamais tu cherches une alternative, j’achète, de la même marque, la pâte de curry jaune, elle est bien moins pimentée cependant.     Chloe you don't need to do intermittent fasting , you are fit and fine and proper in shape . You may loose energy per day if you do so

    Are you dealing with period loss? Sorry if its too personal, but I am at the moment so I am trying to figure out how to fastest get it back! Been trying to eat more often and just more in general, hoping my hormones will get better soon 🙏🏼

      I lost it for ~2 years and recently got it back by eating a lot more for 2-3 months (actually my weight haven't changed at all, which I found weird, but it's also a proof for me that my body needed the extra energy for my hormonal health and stuff). I don't want to talk about calories here, because it might trigger people, but I'm eating about x1,5 as much as I used to. I hope this might help you🥰

      Thank you for your comment! No, my period has been amazingly regular ever since I started eating plant based - 8 years ago. My period has been painful and although some discomfort is expected, deep pain like I've had is not normal. Doing research about it atm :)

    imho you were simply undereating. I got my period back simply on eating more, a lot of carbs
    and not doing IF of course ;-) I remember you from summer 2014 in Berlin, you were so happy and glowing and you were eating A LOT of fruit. Maybe you can tune into this feeling again? Protein and fat are not the only things that are important for hormones. Sufficient carbs are really important as well.

    Dis-moi, t'arrive-t-il parfois d'avoir des écarts dans ta vie ? Quand je vois tes vidéos, je me dis que tout est parfait, que tu as le temps pour tout, de bien manger, de bien faire du sport, prendre soin de ta peau etc. mais est-ce que parfois tu te fais rattraper par la réalité ?
    C'est une vraie question puisque je tente de faire comme toi et parfois j'ai du mal à tout gérer... Bon, après, je me mets sûrement plus la pression... Peut-être que de ton côté, tu ne te mets pas autant la pression.
    Pourras-tu dans une prochaine vidéos nous présenter des alternatives vegan en ce qui concerne les protéines végétales par exemple... Je viens d'apprendre aujourd'hui que je suis carencée en vitamines B12 et en protéines...

      Coucou Emma! Oh oui je fais des "écarts" dans la vie, je mange au restaurant, je mange avec des amis / ma famille donc evidemment c'est pas toujours comme a la maison. Parfois même a la maison je mange des raviolis deja près, des yaourts vegetaux avec plein de sucre, de la glace, bref des produits transformés. Le plus important pour moi c'est d'essayer de manger le plus "homemade" possible quand je suis chez moi, mais c'est pas toujours possible ou realiste suivant mon emploi du temps. Je suis aussi privilégiée d'avoir beaucoup de temps libre/flexible avec mon travail. Concernant la B12 je prends des gouttes que je mets soit sous la langue ou dans le nez. Pour les proteine, manger suffisamment et ensuite varier legumineuses, noix/graines, soja (tofu, tempeh, lait), et céréales complètes comme le riz complet, quinoa par exemple.
