@@jamieeys_kitchen I keep a Kosher kitchen and my Muslim coworkers trust that the food I share with them does not violate their dietary laws (or mine). I'm always looking for healthy low carb recipes we can all enjoy and I wonder if smoked Bonita flakes would be a good substitute. Also, are the peas hulled or did you just pinch out the eyes? I think the eggs look lovely in this recipe.
