Just made the adrenal support, I’ll admit I was nervous about the taste but I added a half a banana and had no trouble at all! Is it ok to use fresh ginger instead of ground?

Hi Heidi, yes, I would use chia seeds! Like flaxseeds, chia seeds contain omega-3 fatty acids and serve as a source of fiber, containing 4 grams per tablespoon. Additionally, you could also use hemp seeds as well- I hope that's helpful! 💗
Hi Jessica, in your last hormone balance video you mentioned to try doing smoothies every day for 10 days. My question is should we mix and match them or should we stay with one smoothie for those 10 days? Love this new video.
Thank you, Amber- appreciate your support! Yes, I would recommend 10-14 days, alternating based on your preference. If you can enjoy each smoothie 2 times a week for two weeks, you'll be in aa great place!
Hi Sara, i’m so glad you gave it a try. It depends on your blender, and how powerful it is to be able to masticate the ingredients. I always recommend adding more liquid as needed based on your preference! I hope that’s helpful!
Hi Ash, they can, but I do recommend consuming them as soon as possible. Once blended up all those nutrients, they are damaged and exposed to oxygen. This oxygen exposure negatively impacts the nutrients in the smoothie, and the longer you wait to consume it, the more those beneficial nutrients begin to deteriorate. Yes, there are still nutrients in the smoothie, even if you wait to drink it, but they're best when they're fresh. I hope that's helpful!
Hi Jessica. I just started watching your videos today and you're so great. I watched a few of your other smoothie videos and noticed you said you drank an apricot smoothie when you were trying to conceive. Which smoothies would you most recommend after an embryo transfer? I am a surrogate mother so I am already taking estrogen and progesterone medication. My last embryo transfer unfortunately did not become a pregnancy so I'm trying to do everything I can to stay healthy and hopefully help this transfer become a pregnancy. Will you tell me which smoothies you recommend for that?
