Good video, short and gives a lot! I do all of these habits and they are good but time blocking is really stressful and takes time also using many apps does sometime become hectic.

Great video! In the early part of the video, are you using a keyboard with a built-in mouse/pointing device? If so can you post a link to that keyboard? Also, at about the 1:00 mark, what app are you using for that calendar, is it Notion?

I like what you say about multitasking, I think multitasking is bad only if you try to do two activities that are similar on a cognitive level (also I'm getting a notification for that video while I'm trying to redo my productivity system for the fourth time this week, this is a sign :D)

Thanks for sharing this information as well as the book. Do you have a suggested or recommended free version of a CALENDAR APP for an iphone (mobile app)? I'm a student, I can't afford to pay an app each month. I would like to organize my schedule and find a calendar app with a month VIEW that can be used exclusively for my school. Whoever read this message, please free to reply or make a comment should you have a good and free calendar app for mobile (iphone) that you highly recommend. Thanks

I’m not sure what you mean by “with a month VIEW that can be used exclusively for my school.” Are you wanting a monthly view that doesn’t populate the items on it into a weekly or daily view? The native apple calendar and google calendar are both free and are the obvious first things to try if you haven’t already. Both allow you to create calendars for specific people or subjects that you can toggle on and off as you like. For instance, you could create three calendars, one called school, one called personal and one called home. School could have all the syllabus info and deadlines and class times and study time. Personal could have exercise and meet-ups with friends and any life admin appointments or tasks. Home could have house meetings with roommates and rent reminders/deadlines and meal prep time. On both  and google calendar apps you can view all three or just one or any combination of the three just by toggling which calendar is active. So if you just want to see the school calendar you can turn the others off. Is that the kind of thing you are looking for?

@@ladyflimflam Thanks for taking some time reply to my email. I have been using google calendar for quite a while.
I love that I could see the MONTHLY view that POPULATE the items and assign COLOR to each event.
I don’t like the apple calendar app coz I don’t see the items for the whole month compared to google calendar.
I don’t want to keep the personal stuff on and off coz I use it a lot.
That is why I’m trying to look for another FREE calendar app that has the same feature as google calendar to have a separate calendar app for school stuff. And wanna try other free calendar app aside from google.
      Thank you so much.

Hi Mariana! Thank you for your video? I wanted to ask you, what software do you use for scheduling your tasks and do you have to pay a subscription fee to use this software? Thank you!
