Thank you so much for sharing this with me. I started about two weeks ago and I was rather ill so I did the routine lying down, propped up on some pillows. I am now doing it the past two days as you show in the video and it is just so transformative thank you so much for sharing. I am off to do your yoga in bed routine before I start my day. That is my go-to in the mornings it's just so quick and easy before I get the kids off to school. I have the generative disc disease and endometriosis so my hips and back are in a lot of pain usually in the morning but this makes me quite more mobile and less hurty💜namaste Brett;)
I kept feeling like i needed to release breath through my mouth, can you explain how to do this better & how it benifits you more than other meditations please ❤
Alternate nostril breathing helps balance the nervous system. Practice taking long slow deep breaths in and out through the nose only for a bit before doing the Pranayama and that might help with the feeling of needing to exhale through the mouth. These breath exercises take some time and practice to get accustomed to, so don't worry that it feels weird at first 💖
