The aloe vera pulp will help you a lot; consume it naturally on an empty stomach, a piece of approximately 4 cm. Consider planting an aloe vera plant in your garden. 2017 and 2018 for two years I was in so much pain. I was often rushed to ER thinking I was having a heart attack because of terrible chest pain. But it wasn't related to my heart it was my stomach. I have GERD all along, handful of prescriptions didn't help me at all. I wasted time and money. I did a lot of research and one thing lead to another. All I need to do was to change my food intake and lifestyle. I quit smoking, stop drinking fizzy drinks and any caffeinated drinks, stop eating junk food and I started to loose some weight. I eat lots of veggies and fruits. Stop eating pork what my doctor told me and more seafood. And I try to maintain my weight. After a year or so I got better. No more bloating and the constant GERD episode stop. Late of last year I've tried to drink soda and coffee. I can't drink much I limit myself to one cup decaf a day, soda makes me bloated so. More than that I have some acid attack again. Another thing that saved me was drinking probiotic drinks.
