Hiya Quan, here is something I noticed since I subscribed to your channel... everyone posts positive messages of love and respect and good humour to you. I have subscribed to other guys that I was impressed with but didn't know as a person but I noticed that they got so many hate comments and negativity.
And now I figure that this is because people know a good genuine decent person whereas with the other guys that have bad reputations and behaviour off youtube, people know them and the word spreads that they are not the person they portray on youtube. You are a genuinely decent honest good person and so cute too and that is why people like you. I wish you more success and just keep being you coz we love it xxx

This is preserved tofu from the jar of chili curd :) My grandmom loves them so much. For me it was too strong ^_^ My childhood food was the taro chicken from my granddad! It was the best food ever! My granddad taught it to my dad and my dad to me :) Grated taro with chopped chicken, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, pepper, sesame oil, all mix up and put into a pan to the oven for 40 min 320 Fahrenheit (160°C). Enjoy cooking! Thank you for your effort to prepare so NICE dishes :D
