I always make these rolls myself because in Germany the Asian food doesn't taste good. It tastes bland and boring. So I make it myself. I love making shrimp or chicken tempura rolls because it's my boyfriend's favourite. Plus, it's difficult to get fresh fish here. We're not near the ocean. :)
But I often don't make the original tempura, I usually fry it with a batter of beaten eggs and panko (or self-made breading).

Those tiny burgers are Poppin Coookin. About a year ago they were popular in the states and my kid loved making it. Quite expensive here. You should try it! Forget trying to read the directions just eye ball it

I believe the meat is beef. I've seen the same first character in Japanese gyudon (beef bowl) places. There are two chains here - Yoshinoya and Sukiya and they both have the same first character when describing beef bowls.
