Hey my name is Israel and I just wanted to say if I could try to make this really easy meal it’s called pozole it very good here are the steps
10 oz. Cacique® Longaniza Fresca (or substitute Cacique® Beef, Pork or Soy Chorizo)
2 lbs pork loin, cubed
32 oz vegetable broth
4 cups water
1/2 onion
6 California chilies, deveined
3 Puya chilies, deveined
3 garlic, cloves
3 cups hominy, rinsed and drained
Salt and pepper to taste
GARNISH
½ head green cabbage, finely shredded
1 small bunch radish, finely sliced
1 tsp. dried oregano
½ cup red onion, finely chopped
3 Hass avocados, thinly sliced
1 jalapeño pepper, minced *(if desired)
4 limes cut into wedges
1 cup Cacique® Crema Mexicana
1 pkg. Cacique® Queso Fresco, crumbled
Tostadas or tortillas to accompany

For anyone wondering, its called Hai Di Lao 海底捞. If you ever go to HDL hotpot restaurants, I strongly recommend their tomato base, its amazing! Their service is also amazing, check out their ramen performances!

Hey quang, this brand (haidilao)is one of the most famous hot pot restaurant in China!
As you said it was famous by its service which is toooooo nice!
And the instant hot pot you ate is the vegan one with szechuan spicy oil soup based.
It also has many other flavor, such as tomato soup based with stew beef brisket (only few pieces lol) and spicy tallow based with stew beef strip.
In China we also have instant rice with variety of side dishes, use the same heating way , hope you could try those one day!
One thing I learned from watching Mike Chen: potatoes are amazing I hotpot

Fun fact: Haidilao 海底捞 which literally translates to ocean floor scoop, is a famous top rated hot pot chain across China. They are known for their exceptional customer service, kinda like a Chinese Chick Fil A but for hot pot lol.

These have been possible for decades MRE's use the same exact idea. But in North America and Europe these types of products just don't do as well.
