      Hello Dr. Michael.
I discovered your channel a few days ago and your videos have been pretty helpful thus far.
If you wouldn't mind, may I ask about a diagnosis about my condition?
For the past 15 years, I've done nothing but sit behind a computer. My posture slowly became worse and worse.
The older I get, the worse it gets. I've been to a doctor countless times but always got a negative response.
My local chiropractor charges 90 euro for the first appointment, and almost 60 euro every subsequent appointment.
Unfortunately, I don't have that to spare. So I'm hoping you could help me with a solution.
I don't know the official names (especially not in English), but I'll try my best to explain it.
My biggest problems are my lower back and my hips. My lower back is too much inwards kind off like this from the side '~' but vertical of course, haha. It hurts after about 10 minutes of sweeping, doing the dishes, vacuuming, etc.
My hips are too much outward. My butt is sticking out more than it should. So because my hips are outward, and my lower back is inward, all the pressure of pretty much everything that I do, rests on my lower back.
When I stand for about 30 minutes, my back just locks up. It's like trying to bend with a 4x4 tied on your back.
My other problem is my shoulders and neck. They also are too much inwards. I don't know what else to say about it. It doesn't hurt actually, but it does affect my posture. It's a chore just to stand with a straight back, shoulders, and neck.
Maybe you have some advice or an exercise that might help with this? If I can collect the money, will a chiropractor be able to fix this?

Hello, this stretch really helped my lower left side of my back. My back went out a week ago and I had a constant pain on my lower left back, and this move, popped my back and I feel much better. Thank you!

I am a Firefighter/EMT. I’ve had lower back pain most of my life. I’ve paid $60 per visit to a chiropractor which did help, but I couldn’t afford it long term. I tried this and the self-adjustment after seeing it in the suggested. This has helped soooo much and I have a whole new range of motion that I never imagined. Thank you so much for sharing! Absolute job/lifesaver!

Hey yall, it's good to see yall are still active. Update on the lower back pain I told yall about when yall helped me a couple years ago. The MRI showed what the doctor said to be spindilosis and boneshards. I saw a specialist and he said I had signs of DDD sadly, but I'm keeping my head up and staying loose so it don't hurt. This stretch is still my go to when nothing else is helping

I wished that I had seen this previously, I usually crack my whole body 10-20 times a day. Very hard, and continue even if it hurts just to get that releasing feeling when it actually cracks.
I've been cracking my body in a 5-6 years period, now I cannot make it without cracking my body because it's to stiff.
I also have pain all of the day, the cracks doesn't releaf as much pain anymore as they previously did.

I have pain in my hip (mainly my right) and my right si joint area for the past 15 years. I just turned 30 and I cant work due to the pain of soreness. I'm always tensed and worn out living with this pain. I had mri three times on my back and it showed 2 mild hernations, small lesion near t11, but nothing that would explain my extreme pain, soreness and fatigue. It all started when I landed on my right side buttocks on a trampoline. It felt weird and discomforting. What could it be? It's hard for me to get comfortable no matter what I do. Standing up for long period of time is hard for me. I'm so sensitive to my low right hip area where I'm terrified to get it touched. Why terrified? Because I used to get these charlie horse cramps where I would lock up and forced to lay on my stomach. The pain was incredibly bad, screaming in agony for hours until it slowly pass. This only happened 5 times and it scares the hell outta me. Also, I notice playing bowling or golf aggravates it a lot. I'll be really sore for 2 days just for having fun. I want to be free from these shackles.
