keep on rolling brother. I do the same and made it my mission to treat people as decent/fair as I possibly can, in fact the wife and I have this same conversation regularly cuz I'm "too nice" also. You can't make every single person happy, no matter what/when you replied his mind was already made up.

To be honest when you do builds you need to expect hiccups and you are 100% right some people are real quick to jump to conclusions you are doing the best you can with a 2 person OP. Keep up the great content

On another note, I will likely be purchasing your phone consultation service. I wrote you an email asking to schedule a dyno session but this works too if it comes off the total from the dyno session. But I am curious as to how much the tune will cost as I'm on a rather tight budget. I think some videos going over your services and products would be excellent.
I know you have videos installing the injectors on the car but if you could just make a video showing how to set up the injectors in HTS and/or chrome in more cut to the chase fashion and link it directly on the injector page it might reassure buyers who are uneasy about buying used truck injectors. Just my 2c. Thanks

I bought decapped injectors from the website about a year ago and ordered the flex style by accident instead of the normal style. I sent an email explaining my mistake and Hunter swapped them out without issue. No big deal...I think some people have an issue with every company they buy from.
That guy clearly has issues. You are a good person and we all see it. Screw that guy.

Never go 100% all in on an employee for example you have to keep 10% at least for yourself because you got to fix problems.As a business owner you may have to replace them you know. Hey Hunter, your injector PNP wiring adapter is a great idea. Do you have an adapter to suit your LS E85 decap injector to OBD2 Honda injector harness?
Yes they are the same as the ones that work on my new injectors will also work on the flex decap

Those injectors look very promising! Just wondering if maybe you'll be able to show a sample of them running on pump gas and e85? not just power limit wise but driveability wise since most customers would be interested in the low pulse driveability! Thanks!
Absolutely! I have posted a few clips on my Facebook page of how stable the idle is and drive ability but I plan to do more video!

This customer is 100% ridiculous. It amazes me how many people think you can just throw something together like lego’s and expect it to work with no issue’s even if it is “just a Honda.” Trouble shooting is half the game when building a project a lot of the time but thats how you get better and building stuff. I will vouch for HuntetTuned every time because I understand this, and a again for 1 person to be expected to answer every message/phone call right away when he has said in several videos that its clearly overwhelming is also ridiculous. Sounds like its time for this “customer” to find a new hobby. My car tuned by Hunter has been driven every day since it rolled off his dyno and the only issue its ever had was due to the idle set screw coming loosing. Once it was set back to where it was, the car ran just fine and still runs great. Keep up the great work and ignore the childish people like this customer! I will 100% be a returning customer when I get my other builds up and running, even if it means paying the $100 fee to get ahold of Hunter.

In decades of 'helping people' with they're street and drag bikes I've only had two full blown (non sensible) haters that I know of.
One that after telling him straight out on the phone, "my dyno doesn't give happy/bragging numbers" (before he brought the bike), then he ended up accusing me of "de-tuning his bike" (when it clearly left with more power, torq AND all around drivability than it came in with) 🤷♀
