- Bryan Ingram is a social media influencer and award winning mental health advocate. He has Quiet Borderline Personality Disorder, which he describes as the 'scapegoated disorder'. I initially spoke with Bryan in October 2022 about living with Quiet BPD and his work as a mental health advocate.
We have had a catch up chat where he discusses life since then, how therapy has helped him on his journey and his recent move into stand up comedy.
He's a fascinating guy with a great sense of humour. Enjoy our chat.
Bryan has a range of content on mental health issues and his comedy routines on UA-cam, TikTok and Instagram

Thank you so much for opening up and sharing your story. For me, the best form of therapy, is hearing from people that are moving forward with their lives. Stay strong 💯💯💯
❤ Thank you for sharing. You are enough and I'm glad you got away from constant traumatic reminders. I respect you.
That's really inspiring Bryan. Total respect to you
It feels like BPD is auto-immune disease but in an emotional way where someone just keeps attacking their own emotions.😢😓😣
Hi Darren, have you got an A/S/D video? My dad was diagnosed a few yrs before he died.
Very fortunate he has a diagnosis.
Very fortunate in many respects. Some of us scapegoats have no better option but to continue living with their abusers. And not having a boyfriend or girlfriend is the very least of our problems.
