DELICIOUS Roasted Cauliflower! Easy & Fast Recipe!

  • This Roasted Cauliflower recipe is so easy and so delicious you'll make it multiple times a week forever! Chef Ange walks you through step by step how to make the most delicious roasted cauliflower you've ever had!
    ROASTED GARLIC PARMESAN CAULIFLOWER
    Prep time: 5 -10 min
    Cook time: 40 min
    Ingredients:
    - 2 heads of cauliflower cut into small florets
    - 3-5 cloves of fresh garlic finely chopped
    - 1 small bunch of parsley finely chopped
    - 1 tsp garlic powder
    - 1 tsp onion powder
    - 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
    - 1/2 tsp kosher salt
    - 1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
    - 2-3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    - 1-2 tbsp grated parmesan or pecorino romano cheese
    - dash (a few drops) of white wine vinegar
    - toasted pine nuts or toasted almond slivers (optional)
    Directions:
    1. Preheat oven to 385 F (convention setting if possible)
    2. Cut cauliflower into small florets
    3. Mix cauliflower florets in a large bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning and salt.
    4. Spread and arrange cauliflower on parchment paper lined baking sheet with florets up.
    3. Place in oven for 20 minutes.
    4. Remove from oven and turn oven up to 400 F
    5. Sprinkle with chopped garlic mixed with a little olive oil
    6. Put back in 400 F oven for 10-15 minutes
    7. Remove from oven and sprinkle grated cheese and fresh ground black pepper
    8. Put back in oven for 5 min or until lightly browned.
    9. Remove and top with a little freshly chopped parsley and a few drops of white wine vinegar.
    10. Transfer to serving bowl and garnish with a little more grated cheese, chopped parsley and toasted pine nuts (optional).

    do u feel the fresh parsley is necessary? i don't grow it and its expensive in grocery store. will it change flavor so much that I shouldn't make this dish?

    Can you use the stuff you trim from the vegetables to make a stock or use for some other purpose? Seems a shame to toss them. At least put it in a compost!

    Thanks for all the details to get this together. I didn’t realize white wine vinegar would make such a difference. 🌷
