Some tips from a brazilian girl: That pre-made food it's not a tradicional dish, it's more of a mix of anything they could find (she said it was ''marmita'' but that translates to pre-made food), I would suggest feijoada (because you like beans) or something more simple like coxinha (a fried dough with chicken and seasonings); The Guaraná soda was sugar-free and most brazilians hate it, the sugar version is 100000x better; In Brazil we can eat açaí salty with farofa (a type of flour) with fish or sweet (more to my liking) with condensed milk, powder milk and fruits like banana or strawberries. If one day you would like to try more of brazilian food, I would love to help you pick out some interesting stuff. Brazilian food can be very similar to some mexican or indian food, I think you would love it.
I love how respectful taz is like you get those creators who spit the food out Call it disgusting and it stinks and stuff and taz is amazing she tried to pronounce everything right and she is so respectful for ppls food ❤️
She is adorable. I do have to point out though that when she is eating her Poke bowl, she keeps referring to what look like pickled beets as goji berries, and what she describes is also what I think are pickled beets. Bless her. 😂 Also, would love a part 2. Always enjoy Taz’s wholesome content.
Hi Taz, Brazilian here! Just wanted to give you a really good way to eat açai… if you run the açai packet under hot water for a bit than you can cut the packet and easily put it in the blender and add a banana! It’s really good if you pour it in a bowl and put granola on top! Hope this helps 😊
Would love a part 2 to this. Wish you could try South African food like vetkoek and stuff. So many countries to choose from can imagine. Glad you hopefully enjoyed the experience. 🌻
Taz, your videos are such a comforting part of my day. I just came from a long day of moving into my new apartment in the city. Im a country girl from South africa, and im super excited to start this new lifestyle. I am slightly older as im starting my first year at uni as a 21(going 22) year old this year. It would actually be so cool if you made 'answering questions' and 'giving advice' videos on your second channel. Like a video of just questions, stories, and advice. You could also pair that with a food vlog(like what i eat in a day video) or simply while cooking. Ive been watching your channel for YEARS now. I think i was 16 when i started. I love how it feels like im growing with you. So much of who i am was inspired by you. Love you soo much. Annie
6:46 haha love it. Yes pls a part 2 taz nice one for trying food outside of your comfort zone I love Lebanese food never tried Malay food but will defo give it a go as I like, hime comfort spicy authentic food
i'm so glad you got that Pixel sponsorship but the quality actually drives me insane. So glad you liked those foods! Brigadeiro is not actual chocolate is more like condensed milk with neskquick type cocoa powders
im not from malaysia but i was born there and lived my whole life so i love that she tried malaysian food ( btw i live in turkey now and i miss malaysia sooo much )
For the poke bowl, all the poke places ive always went to allow you to choose your toppings , i think if you go to one with that option, you can customize it to be with just the flavors you like :)
When you put it upside down in the bowl and said “best approach,” I was SO happy because I was obsessively thinking I would just put it upside down please put it upside down and you did!!!! Yayyyy Taz!!!!
Na does everyone remember @clickfortaz doing challenges in her VW back in the OG days, or in her gorgeous yellow room with piano making pasta for her and moon. I’m not being funny but GIRLLLLLL look at you now!!!!!!! If that isn’t a reason for me to kick myself into gear and the shift my mental health issues. I don’t know what is! If you see this, thank you so much for helping me through the days I didn’t know were possible to get through. I still stumble now (today) but you make such an impact and for that I will be forever grateful ❤️
Be interesting to go back to some of the foods you tried years ago, but gave low scores - and see if you like them now. Also yes, for another different countries video, especially if you do Thai food (Chicken and Cashew nut, Paenang curry, Massaman curry are my faves :)
loved this! please do another one of these and try Finnish food (eg makaronilaatikko (our Mac n cheese), korvapuusti (cinnamon roll), lettu/pannukakku (crepe/oven pancake), mustikkapiirakka (blueberry pie) & lohikeitto (salmon soup))
please do a follow up on this video and try Turkish food. if you are still living in London you are in the hub for good Turkish food. head down Green Lanes and try: Antepliler - any of their pide (turkish pizzas) are incredible. my favourites are Lahmacun, and the Kusbasili Pide with an egg on top Devran/Gokuyuzu - any of their grilled meats are high quality (adana, shish). if you want to try something very new, try Iskender (layered bread, sauce and kebab meat with yoghurt on top!) and the Sarma Beyti (adana wrapped in thin flatbread with yoghurt and tomato) For dessert - try the rice pudding!
You said Falafel and fatoush right! So happy you tried lebanese food taz! Been following you for year and so happy for you to try my culture's food💕💕🇱🇧
Pão de queijo is literally amazing, I love it 😍, good thing is that there are places that sell them already made but frozen and you just have to put in on your oven or air fryer.
Yay Happy New Year. That all looked fab apart from smoked salmon and fruit. Not sure about that one either 😁 yes pls more from Queensway. That food looked soooo delicious. You guys looked sooooo happy 😃
As a half Brazilian and half Portuguese girl, I’m happy you now can pronounce açaí properly 😂 you definitely got two of the most legendary Brazilian items: pão de queijo 🧀 e brigadeiro. Marmita 🥡 is just the container of the food, not the food itself. 🇧🇷🇵🇹🩰
Really love and enjoy these videos, and I would love to see another one like this , you could try Algerian food because not many people cover that side or just north african food. I can assure you that it's tasty you won't regret it!
Taz it’s pronounced “po-keh” and whatever you ate doesn’t resemble poke at all…poke is pre marinated and mixed up before you buy it. It tends to be soy sauce, garlic, onions, and raw meat. I’ve never seen fruit in poke either and I’ve lived in Hawaii.
The açaí, the correct way to prepare is with banana or straberrys, but not too much, just one half a ripe banana for that amount of açaí and 30 ml guarana syrup
Pão de queijo are perfect for breakfast with a hot coffee !! You pronounced brigadeiro really nice, we eat that on birthday parties together with a beautiful cake. And we eat Marmita straight from the recipient, don't need to transfer to a plat, as it gets "unpleasant" to see..., Last tip, you should mix açaí with strawberries and also with some Stevia or white sugar, it is how we eat here in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Love you Taz. Kisses 😘
Greetings from your old stomping ground Cardiff 🏴 Loved your vid as always, but I think your goji berry in the poke bowl was beetroot 🤔 all looks fab. I’m hungry now!
Taz, have you ever tried Azerbaijani foods? I don't know it is possible to find Azerbaijani restaurants around you, but if you have a chance please try.
Falafel and hummus is actually a breakfast food in the east, idk how the west wrapped that into fun wraps and salads, but it feels like a snack because it’s a breakfast thing eaten with other dishes Main meal dishes would be rice based, with a sauce depending on the dish. There are other non rice main dishes, but rice is an important part of the meal usually
Bajan food next, I know you've tried Jamaican, but it's different. I'd also love to see you try Turkish food. I know someone else has suggested Green Lanes. Absolutely recommend. Lamachun is amazing, and I've never been able to get it anywhere else in the UK other than there. There are also these delicious pretzel sticks they do in Turkey, turned in to an addiction. X
🇱🇧 Don’t worry you pronounced the lebanese food perfectly good!😍 I recommend to try “shawarma wrap” “fool with olive oil” = lebanese beans All the love😍 🇱🇧
OG fans will remember when Taz did the colour challenge (purple) where she ate an acai bowl, pronounced it right and then the next second wrong.
Yeees, I immediately thought of this scene!😂😂😂
A-ci-e bowl she said it right but then she forgot to remember and said a-kai
Saaame
That's not an og fan, that's a psychopath

No pickled bet I ever saw. As a beet lover they are very earthy tasting. Not something you'd put in a poke bowl.

I’d love a part 2! It’s always so interesting to learn about food from other cultures and see what’s similar and what’s different
I’d love to just eat, chill and talk with Taz. She’s so chill and everything, I love it

Love these exploring different cuisines videos and getting some insight into the history of different countries. Part 2 please!
You definitely need to do a part 2 and 3 and probably 4. You pretty much just need to do a complete sweep of that mall (or whatever you call it).

Would love a part 2 to this, love watching your videos
For the poke bowl, all the poke places ive always went to allow you to choose your toppings , i think if you go to one with that option, you can customize it to be with just the flavors you like :)

I think everyone can agree that Taz literally brightens everyone’s day❤
Definitely! ❤️
She's one of the only UA-camrs whose videos always put a smile on my face.
Instead of her own
When you put it upside down in the bowl and said “best approach,” I was SO happy because I was obsessively thinking I would just put it upside down please put it upside down and you did!!!! Yayyyy Taz!!!!

Greetings from your old stomping ground Cardiff 🏴 Loved your vid as always, but I think your goji berry in the poke bowl was beetroot 🤔 all looks fab. I’m hungry now!
Tip, when making a fruit smoothie & you like it sweeter use orange juice instead of water
You got the Guarana "sem acucar". No sugar.
If you liked that you gotta try the normal one!
