I prever the original kickstart. It gives a better feel to the right point of kicking to start the bike.

can you add electric to 76 xs 650 thats kick only bought a bobber im 64 and dont like kicking over

Basically from 1972 the XS650 was set up from the factory with electric start. You'll need to check if you have the internal parts . Is starter still installed? You can contact me by email @ [e-mail].
