    Epic. I am born and raised in that country, and long past the point where I'm so tired of short daylight and bitter cold that I can't be bothered until May. Which makes me feel I'm skipping something that should definitely be done. Thanks for doing just that so brilliantly, restoring my peace of mind in the process. Happy flying!

  • @jrhager84
    @jrhager84 6 місяців тому +1

    Do you have to apply for a VLOS exemption waiver? How do Long-range FPVers manage to avoid getting in trouble with the FAA for losing visual contact with the drone? I want to get into this and not get fined! haha

    • @babang_des
      @babang_des  6 місяців тому

      Yes and yes, Im in Norway and technically flying fpv is always out of VLOS since you never actually see the drone but what the drone sees. In Europe you can take an FPV test to have it part of your licenses.

    Like your adventures a lot. Do you see little jumping of frames, is it because you translate the footage somewhere from origin fps? Like recorded in 60, edited in 50 or smth?

    • @babang_des
      @babang_des  5 місяців тому

      Yes! That’s accurate if you see them! I translated from 30 to 25! But I think I need to make the effort to just film in 25 or 30. Because the same footage I can used in IG and IG at 25 is really bad.

    • @fanfonsoberkatyj265
      @fanfonsoberkatyj265 5 місяців тому

      @@babang_des 25 or 30 is really lagy and I can't fly it with pleasure, do you? How about shooting in 60 and editing in 60? IG is ok with 60 and yt too. Why 25?

    • @babang_des
      @babang_des  5 місяців тому

      25 because UA-cam is best with 24/25 fps and filming and edit with 60 you don’t get the same motions. I rather sacrifice a few frames but get a better look on the video

    • @fanfonsoberkatyj265
      @fanfonsoberkatyj265 5 місяців тому

      @@babang_desNo, yt encoding is equal with 25 and 60, pretty sure about that. There is a fpv legend of shooting with low shutter speed to get lot of motion blur but nobody mentioned the cost is all the frame details are also little bit out of sharpness caused by same thing - relatively long exposure for such a speed and vibrations, I belive 25 with 1/50 shutter speed is a esthetical myth like bokeh hype in photography, and when you cruising around 80km/h 120 shutter speed in enough to motion blur close objects and maintain sharp in the center/background area. but maybe I'm wrong, it just works for me.. In meantime watched lot of your stuff and love it🤩

    • @babang_des
      @babang_des  5 місяців тому

      Thanks man!!! It is not a myth but also you are right at 80km/h you should get some motivation blur at 120shutter. How ever I sell my clips from time to time. Most of the time they want 30fps or 25 fps.
      Again you can be right but in my eyes looking at a video on a 60fps timeline it looks more like watching news on tv 📺 more like real time than actual what we call a movie look. It goes back to preferences .
