Hello gorgeous! I was just thinking of you this morning and wondering how you were going? Thank you for that...all is going well and we can really start our plans and work in earnest, not that we have the lease set up. Yes...there might be a little viper in Summer but with the grasses cut shorter and once there's more movement about, they tend to shy away. They're very shy snakes. We will keep it very clean and put down gravelled areas which I know they hate...hurts their tummies! I'm used to living in snake areas, so I've got all the tricks hahaha! Can't wait to get you down there again this year...if you feel like doing some gardening, you're welcome! LOL xoxoxo

Hi Joseph! We don’t see it as an investment but a lifestyle choice and a way of paying it forward. That way we leave the property in a wonderful state for future generations and maintain these beautiful trees that have been unkept for years. It is ours for 25 years, so we will be in our 80s and probably be happy to hand it on. We don’t look at everything as a monetary gain but an investment into our community and lifestyle. Each to their own 🥰💚🇮🇹😍🙏🏼
