The last property is an absolute stunner and I'm surprised it hasn't sold but with this generous reduction and the ability to still negotiate, I feel it will go in 2025 for certain! The vendors are such lovely people and I hope my video helps them to sell. The Montepulciano home is a steal! It has so much going for it and despite needing some work is liveable while you work. It's in a fabulous location where you can go in so many directions in a short distance and hit top tourist towns and exceptional nature! Again...this vendor and his family are the nicest people and I truly hope to be able to help them. They are being so reasonable with the pricing of this gorgeous home and land! The 3rd is such an elegant beautifully finished home and as the vendors are quite arty and collect lovely things, the lighting and furnishings that are being left are quite beautiful and very collectable. Not my price range either but I can see their value as I see so many homes and understand the wonderful value they present.
