That initial reaction was just too sweet! I love it! Don’t worry, I’m a card carrying veteran of the original KISS Army -1975, and you won’t get beat down from me. You should have seen their live shows! Amazing!
Yes! More KISS!! They were my first band crush! I was 9 when that song came out! It’s still one of my absolute favorites!! Great reaction!! And I totally agree with you! Normal is boring!!
KISS was the first concert I snuck out to as a kid. I got my behind beat when I got home and couldn't sit for 3 weeks but to this day it was worth it lmao
Been a KISS fan for 40+ years. "I Was Made For Loving You" was the first song I ever heard from them. Listened to it on a cassette, in the school library on those old school plastic headphones when I was 9 years old. Was immediately hooked. Thanks for this review.
This was my band in the seventies/eighties. Paul Stanley was my biggest crush. He has the most amazing voice in rock and KISS is constantly under rated because people didn't really get the concept. The band Ghost today uses makeup in a similar way. Keeps them anonymous when they leave a show. No one knew who they were without the makeup. Genius really. Kept their privacy and freedom.
My brother convinced our mother to take me with him to their 1976 Destroyer Tour show in Minneapolis at 8 years old. How he did it I'll never know....but THANK GOD....and THANK YOU MOM!
KISS is probably my brother's all-time favorite band ever. I can't remember how many times he went to see them. I can remember once in 1987 he was planning on going to a concert somewhere in VA (I think, probably Hampton VA) that they were putting on. But he got into a horrible accident less than a week before that was potentially fatal. I remember it so well because the day before his accident we got into an argument (I was 8 and he was like 18). We both said some crappy stuff: I told him at one point in the argument that I wish I never had a brother. The next afternoon he was on his way home from work, and fell asleep behind the wheel of his truck. He clipped a telephone pole which crashed across the roof of his truck. His back windshield shattered. His front windshield went from the front of the truck to the bed of the truck in like 3 huge pieces....his truck was totaled. When we got to the hospital to see him, the trooper that had found him in the field that he was thrown into told my parents that if he had been wearing his seat belt he would have died in that crash. But since he was thrown from the vehicle, that is what saved his life. I learned from that point on to try to be more mindful of some of the things I say. I remember being in the hospital room with him while mom and dad spoke to the doctor or the trooper just crying my eyes out and telling my brother how sorry I was for the hateful things I said. Now if i feel myself about to say something that hateful to somebody else, I try to just walk away. My brother has been a metal head most of his life. He raised me on that music as much as he could....my sister was into some of the 80s synth pop and she filled my head with that....This should explain why I'm a fruit cake sometimes.
This is a crazy song. When it came out, a lot of the diehard Kiss fans were like... what are you doing putting out a, kinda dance song, but this song stands the test of time and is now one of the kiss fans favorite songs in the entire Kiss catalog of great songs.
This has always been one of my favorites from Kiss. Other fans of the band down it, saying it was too "disco". But this, along with the song *Beth* , showed Kiss's talent to write, & perform something besides their usual music...🎸🎶🙂
Oh my India! Just watched this one; I got a Kiss 8 track for Christmas and played their songs over and over and over again. Simply put; a great rock band...Thanks for reacting... realdeal
For centuries men have searched the four corners of the world to find a woman who's eyes light up as she smiles like you do, India. All that just for hearing Kiss for the first time? Wow, girl. I have a few hundred songs I could suggest for you to react to. Keep up the good work, India.
I just went and saw them on their final tour here in OKC. Paul( the main singer in this one) and Gene( the bassist, the demon) are the only original guys from the group you see in this video. Both are in their mid to late 60's and still put on a rockin show. Great reaction
I was in the usmc tanker training in Ft. Knox . 1986 I bought the loudest boom box i could...just so i could drown out anyone in the squad bay and play music to make everyone leave. But sadly....there was only two songs that would clear out the bay ( 8 guys in same bedroom, bunks lockers, thats it) This God of Thunder ............and oddly enough....Bing Crosby White Christmas. Go figure.
that is my favorite song by kiss and that's the only time I want to go see kiss that album came out in 1979 you really need to find the song Black diamond 1974 or 1975 check that one out
A lot of die hard KISS fans and even some members of the band hate this song. I love it ! Its an earworm and I used to rollerskate to this. Thanks for the memories🙂 🇨🇦
I was made for loving you come out 1979 of the album Dynasty.. I was 9 at the Time. Every wall in my bedroom were covered in kiss.. been born 1970. Been one of 8 music in my house was wild.. but we didn't have much but we were such a loving family & music reminds me so much from the past.. having love money can't buy...
This is the song that converted me from country in 8th grade when it was a new release.dynasty album. Paul Stanley Eric Carr Jene simmons ace freely. Bless you
This sounds different because this song is more disco than rock. If you wish to experience a song that is more Kiss sounding, try “Detroit Rock City” 🤟🔥🤟
I loved watching you get into this. This was released when I was 10 years old. They raised the bar with their show causing other bands to have to do a better show. Those "stand still" bands got schooled. Kiss never stood still... they were all over the place. I finally got to see the original band in 1996. I felt like a little kid. It was just AWESOME!
Glad you have been introduced to KISS! Try this, I stole Your Love, Domino, Shock Me& Hard Luck Woman. They're songs sang by each original band member!!(Lead vocals).!!!! How many other bands do you know that have the balls to do that?!!!!
This is some fantastic old time KISS! I was just coming into my own, age 14. At summer camp, everyone had their favorite and wore that person's character. Not the deepest meaning songs, but fun to bump and grind to
Great Expectations by Kiss Symphony. Which is Kiss playing with a full orchestra. That's a dif sound than any you have ever heard. Love your work. Keep on keepin' on, Young Beauty.
In case it hasn't been said. Paul Stanley (Lead Vocal) Portrays the Rock star, Ace Freely (Lead Guitarist) Portrays the Space traveler, Gene Simmons (Bass) Portrays the Devil, Peter Chris (Drums) Portrayed the Cat. I have watch (and loved) Kiss for a long time. Once Kiss became big, fans would try to get a picture of the band with out their make up on. For years fans would follow them, break in to their hotel and other acts just to get a picture. I remember a radio station offered $500 for any provable picture of Kiss with out their make-up. Then in 1983 Kiss released the first album "Lick It Up" of them without make-up. Also in 1979, Peter Chris was fired from the band due to creative differences and Eric Carr join the band who portrayed the Fox.
I was years old and they actually had them on TV so I saw them in concert while my parents were watching, LOL I am 49. Loved their music as a 9 year old, love it today.
Kiss has their own army! To think, some of the deceased members (of that fan army) have been buried in a Kiss Caskets. Gene Simmons, the bass player (with the tongue) is the major man behind the Kiss branding. He even had his own successful reality show (featuring his family) called "Family Jewels" that aired on A & E for 7 seasons (up until & including 2013).
I'm a huge Kiss fan . And I'm so glad that you would even give the shot and listen to them. I would recommend listening to God of thunder, Firehouse and Dr. Love. Totally different sound from this song. But all around one of the best rock bands ever.
My first concert was KISS, I was 13 in 1976, it was Detroit Rock City tour.Me and 3 friends went, My friends father drove us there, dropped us off and waited in the car. Then in1996 went to 4 reunion shows in different cities.Madison Square Garden was the best show, because they are all from N.Y.
Try these songs from Kiss "Sure Know Something" (Kiss Dynasty Album) "shout it out loud" ( The Very Best Of Kiss Album) "Detroit Rock City" ( Smashes, Thrashes & Hits Kiss 1976 Album)
This song was made because of the times. The disco era was really alive and they gave this song a shot and it was pretty successful. But it still had that rock vibe to it. If you ever have a chance to watch them in person. I highly recommend it. They're alot older of course but you have to witness them atleast once.
The dude with the make up you 1st talked about with the tounge is Gene Simmons he's married to an X play boy bunny from Hugh's mansion.. They have 2 kids... Love love you❤.. I even got my hubby of 30 yrs watching you.. Lots of love from Florida 😘
I still have an unopened of their Double Platinum album still in its plastic wrap, two vinyl records never played. Not worth much money wise but nostalgia easily beats that.
This song is usually scorned by hard core fans in my experience, but it's one of my favorites of theirs. Beth is another one that's atypical & romantic.
This was a dope reaction. I was smiling watching you react to this. I normally watch your Eminem reactions. Singer Paul Stanley, lead guitarist light up guitar Ace Frehley, Bass player w the tongue Gene Simmons, Drummer Peter Criss
Hey sis that was a great reaction and and the one that has a long tongue was Gene Simmons that was the one that was on the guitar just hung out so kiss is great the news they're not doing a tour no more
KISS is one of the best rock band out there. I grew up listening to KISS. You should do a reaction to "The Wild One" by Susi Quatro. She's one of those under rated female rock singers who never got the recognition she deserved. She was big in England, bet never was in her own country of the U.S.A. She appeared on the TV show Happy Days in 7 episodes as Leather Tuscidaro.
Kiss is my band. I have over 160 cd’s of them. Studio cd, live cd’s and bootlegs. That song is not typical of KISS songs, that was the commercial music era. Now listen to the first albums or Alive.
kiss huge in 70s and 80s, even now with gene (bass/singer) having a reality show on tv like ozzy these names are coming back to people who didn't know them back then. this song from 79 or 80 has a disco like sound
I LOVE KISS.. Can't believe you've not heard them before lol.. But you know them now. Shandi, Sure know something, Heavens on fire, I still love you, Forever, Psycho circus, Detroit rock city etc etc etc lol
(I love YOU OhMyGosh India!)
I love you too Steven 💙💙 means alot to me thanks for watching
@@OhMyGoshIndia Don't listen to Steven come to Scotland and get a Celt!
@@OhMyGoshIndia I love you more:)
@@OhMyGoshIndia I love you butt a certain way
Somebody saying they have never heard of Kiss makes me feel ancient.
I hear that,lol
Me too and I'm only 34 😂 Been listening to them 30 years though.
You aren't ancient, their just DELUSIONAL
no kidding feel old
who are Kiss? 😆
That initial reaction was just too sweet! I love it! Don’t worry, I’m a card carrying veteran of the original KISS Army -1975, and you won’t get beat down from me. You should have seen their live shows! Amazing!
Your reaction is exactly the reaction of almost every woman in the USA/the world when they heard this :)
🙋🏻♀️👄😍😝
pensnut08 The world indeed, you are so right!

I never heard of Kiss either, till 1979 when I went to their concert at 8yrs old. I was never the same!
Same! I was 12. Never was the same.lol!
I worked 2 of their shows here in Nashville & they rocked.
Not only is their music great, but they are the epitome of a performance group. Showmanship screaming out loud!
Been a KISS fan for 40+ years. "I Was Made For Loving You" was the first song I ever heard from them. Listened to it on a cassette, in the school library on those old school plastic headphones when I was 9 years old. Was immediately hooked. Thanks for this review.
Most adorable reaction award goes to.....
Her reactions were the cutest thing I've seen in a long time..

Holy Crow ! This song is 40 yrs old,Nice reaction.
Wow! Just watching you react to this KISS classic gave new meaning to the word 'reaction'.
Someone's got a hot crush!

I love your expressions- you are awesome!!!
That’s the power of the Starchild.. 40 years later and he illicits the same response as when it was recorded.
Great song. i enjoyed how how much you were jamming to the song.
KISS, Love Gun is another epic song
This is a crazy song. When it came out, a lot of the diehard Kiss fans were like... what are you doing putting out a, kinda dance song, but this song stands the test of time and is now one of the kiss fans favorite songs in the entire Kiss catalog of great songs.
It's nice to see the younger generations discovering these timeless classics. I like how she's open minded to unfamiliar musical territory.
This has always been one of my favorites from Kiss. Other fans of the band down it, saying it was too "disco". But this, along with the song *Beth* , showed Kiss's talent to write, & perform something besides their usual music...🎸🎶🙂
***❤INDIA❤*** ...super appreciated reaction...KISS is my #1 band of ALL time... India god bless you & Rock On !!
You need to do "Detroit Rock City" and "Strutter" - another couple of classics by KISS.
Girl! That reaction! You know it.
Gene Simmons (The Demon)-Bass, Paul Stanley (Star Child)-vocals/guitar, Ace Frehley (Spaceman)-guitar, Peter Criss (The Cat)- drums
Kiss is my fave band of all time

I Love Kiss. Kiss Army Member 4 life
Do God of Thunder, you will see a totally different side of them for sure... they rock
Chris Robinson to slow

KISS had 2 sides back in the day. Paul Stanley was the "soft" side, Gene Simmons was the "hard" side, and you can always tell who wrote what.
She should do parasite
That song sucks tbh and that’s coming from a huge kiss fan
that is my favorite song by kiss and that's the only time I want to go see kiss that album came out in 1979 you really need to find the song Black diamond 1974 or 1975 check that one out
My favorite band on the planet!! Thank you India.
KISS was the ultimate out there band back in those days, they where considered very radical at the time.
They put on a SHOW! Love them.

I'd go for Love Gun.
love it loud would be good
Ya, this was Kiss joining The Rolling Stones, Rod Stewart, etc. in jumping on the disco fan. It's not really typical of their work as a whole.
"Detroit Rock City" is their best!
Cold Gin, War Machine.
This one is very classic! 41 years ago this song was made and it's stil very popular! I like it too and its one of my favorite songs
I have been a KISS fan for over 40 years. I was 10 years old when this song came out.
LOVED your reaction to this one!!!!! More KISS!!! :)
I grew up with this band. Love them!
Wow, what a great reaction on kiss. Thx beautiful and sweet lady. A big hug and kiss from holland
Say girl, I dig your dance moves while you’re listening to KISS. You were made for me even if I’m an older white guy. You got it going on...
India..I LOVE UR REACTIONS. Ur EYES! ❤
great choice Kiss was really big in the 70s for a more hard rock try their song God of Thunder its pretty damn heavy for them.
I loved watching you get into this. This was released when I was 10 years old. They raised the bar with their show causing other bands to have to do a better show. Beautifull! The music of kiss Is pretty!😃👍👍👍😘

You're killing me girl with all these world famous bands that you've never heard of LOL. I love you but you've been living under a dang rock. 💕💕💕

Hi pretty woman I love your hair. I've been a kiss fan since 1975.
I got a request kiss.. I love it loud
Kiss was a heavy metal band. This song was their one foray into disco. I'll be curious what you think of some of their other stuff.
I was years old and they actually had them on TV so I saw them in concert while my parents were watching, LOL I am 49. Loved their music as a 9 year old, love it today.
This is NOT typical KISS. Paul loved it though. Listen to something off their first 3 albums.
proud member of the KISS army...
I love KISS their shows are a blast! I've seen them three times, heck I even made a costume that I wore the last two times I went. 🤘
Girl, your smile says it all!! Loved this reaction!
Kiss has their own army! To think, some of the deceased members (of that fan army) have been buried in a Kiss Caskets. KISS is all about having a good time. So many great songs...Love Gun, Strutter, Black Diamond, even Beth!
I wanted so bad to go to a KISS concert when I was about 14 ( in 1976) and my dad wouldn't let me go but I still love some of their songs.
Try these songs from Kiss
"Sure Know Something" (Kiss Dynasty Album)
"shout it out loud" ( The Very Best Of Kiss Album)
"Detroit Rock City" ( Smashes, Thrashes & Hits Kiss 1976 Album)
"Domino" is one of my favorite KISS somgs
Gosh Ma’am ,you love all music, we love it too ,thanks for sharing 😊👍🙏✌️🇺🇸
You'll have to check out another from that same album from 1979, called "Sure Know Something"
This song was made because of the times. The disco era was really alive and they gave this song a shot and it was pretty successful. But it still had that rock vibe to it. If you ever have a chance to watch them in person. I highly recommend it. They're alot older of course but you have to witness them atleast once.
I can’t believe how much you rocked to this song!!🤪👍🤘
Bruh, this lady's expressions put my heart in a wicker steamer. I am tenderised.
Kiss is a badass rock band and they rock and the are the best band in the world
A fantastic KISS song!
This was Kiss's short-lived venture into disco. Thank God it lasted only one album.
Love KISS amazing reaction pretty lady
Love it.....Absolut !!!!!

Gota strong feeling......if you lived in the 70s, youd be a huge KISS fan. I know I was
I remember this on the radio! KISS's attempt at disco. Awesome band! All of the chicks reacted just like India did in 1979.
