Few months ago, I picked up some Rumex Japonicus from grandma's farm. It is a kind of weed that grows everywhere, with pretty good skin functions. I was too busy to handle it, so I just hang it by the window and let dry naturally. Recently, I saw some discussion about making red/pink soaps with some Chinese herbal medicines and I thought this plant may share similar property. So I gave it a try and voila, how beautiful it is. I'll definitely try some more Polygonaceae plants.

榛果油 Hazelnut Oil: 150g
椰子油 Coconut Oil: 150g
棕櫚油 RSPO-Palm Oil: 250g
乳油木果脂 Shea Butter: 100g
99%氫氧化鈉 Sodium Hydroxide: 143g
葉汁/純水 Juice/Distilled Water: 286g
超脂橄欖油 Superfat_olive oil: 30ml
花梨木精油 Rosewood Essential Oil: 10ml
安息香精油 Benzoin Essential Oil: 10ml
薰衣草精油 Lavender Essential Oil: 5ml
苦橙葉精油 Petitgrain Essential Oil: 5ml

WOWWWWW!!!! I get TONS of Dandelions in the spring so I may try to do two soaps each for dried dandelion flowers and live ones, and also dandelion root! Dried dandelion root is used for dandelion root coffee in some countries so now I wonder what would happen to it if I use it in my cold processed soap. VERY cool video! Loving your channel and I thank you so much for putting english captions! Beautiful work!

We have this plant in my country it's delicious to eat but it also must be delicious to use for natural colorant, thanks for sharing the experience
I never tried the taste, it’s interesting to know all the different usages around the world.
@@ohmycattles if you want to try to cook it, you clean then drain it then cut it into small pices like chopping coriander, then you put it in a steamer, tou add to it some garlic gloves, a handfull of parsley and coriander and then let it a steam for about 20 minutes. Once cooked you moved to a pan where you put some cumin, a lot of olive oil, paprika and some chilli paste or flakes, some curcum if available, a tbs of lemon juice then on medium heat you mix all, once done add a bit of freshly chopped parsley then serve it. The plant is quiet salty so advice you taste it before you add salt. It's a well know moroccan side dish

請問乾燥植物，是蔭乾還是曬乾？以左手香來說最少要等多久才可以成為乾燥品？
這技法叫做「溫抽」，大陸最近很夯，乾燥變數太多了沒有標準拉

Yes, it’s necessary to get rid of the water in oil. Boil or separate, both methods would be fine.

盡量甩乾，純水沒有礦物質
