Classic Caprese Cake | Italian Flourless Chocolate Almond Cake | Quick and Easy Recipe

Classic Italian Caprese Cake is delicious, moist and gooey cake without flour, with decadent chocolate flavour. It just melts in your mouth.
Ingredients:
250g dark chocolate
4 eggs
140g sugar
140g butter, room temperature
200g almond flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
some icing sugar to dust
Tin size: 23/24/25 cm ( I used 25cm) you can use smaller one.
Bake in the oven 175C/350F for about 30 min
