Patrick Stewart is a legend among men, fantastically versatile and doesn't take himself too seriously, which is rare in actors. American Dad is further testament, hilarious.

I have to say, Patrick Stewart is one of the coolest actors ever. He's an amazing actor that doesn't take himself seriously. He can go from Shakespeare to voicing Avery Bullock on American Dad.

The revolutionary understanding of the theatrical arts that Sir Patrick displays here is the main reason he has become so legendary.

I've watched this video about 6 times and still laugh. I can't get enough of Gervais' convincingly dumbfounded reaction to Patrick's smoothly delivered and utterly pervy lines. Brilliant.

I wasn't a huge fan of Extras, although I can see why it was so popular and why so many people enjoyed it, one thing I loved about the show was seeing actors who you wouldn't really associate with comedy, play charactertures of themselves, giving away it seems their weird habits, beliefs and mannerisms to great comic effect. It's great writing to see icons such as Ian mckellen, Kate Winslet, Patrick Stewart and many others play these roles.

I have watched this countless times over the course of a year or two and every time, a new part becomes my favorite. Currently it is at 3:02. "Yeah, because they've been in the camp for so long". It's just perfect, the way he's justified the actions of the women to make it more plausible and arousing for himself. Sorry to over analyze this, but it's really deep comedy and I think deeper reflection only strengthens the appreciation. And then Gervais' finisher, " can happen". Brilliant.

I say “mmhmm, yes” in a Patrick Stewart voice to this day anytime I’m presented with something absurd that the presenter thinks is a great idea. Now and then, I throw in an enthusiastic “right!” too.

You should also throw in a good “I will make it so” whenever your told to do something. That’s what I do.
