calf stretches and Altra zero drop shoes helped me after $$$$$/ plus 2 years spent on 'fixes' that did nothing. 'Correct Toes' also has a little device to spread toes while at home. Works wonders,.

When I tell you I paused just to try that stretch on my wall I did! It works, this will forever be a daily thing I do now
you can also stretch the foot and calf by lowering the heel on the edge of a step.

Honest question: Does everyone in Florida wear yoga pants or do you have a supply of yoga pants that you have them put on for their appts?
i believe it’s usually “back cracking attire” lol. what i mean by that is that perhaps both chiropractors and patients prefer to wear yoga pants because it’s easy to move in (for when your chiropractor has to twist and *typo edit: turn you) but also keeps you comfortably covered.
@@angelbab I see a chiro but have never worn yoga clothes. I don't have any for that matter. Nor have I seen others in the waiting area in yoga attire.
I can absolutely see the advantages of yoga pants when it comes to chiropracty though. Which is why I asked if Dr. Mondragon provided or if everyone in Florida came that way.
Yoga pants were designed so that the teachers (yogis?) could clearly see how your body is moving. This is the reason I wear yoga pants to my chiro appointments. However, I don't always wear them and my chiro doesn't seem to care. A lot of people don't put that much thought into it.

I am hesitant to show it again. A few medical doctors on this platform have publicly come out against it. To be honest, they don't understand the training that a chiropractor undergoes. Hair pulling cannot be performed on all patients. It should never be aggressively done IMO. Chiropractors have extensive training in rehabilitating in soft tissue injuries. But still, chiropractors are "low man on the totem pole" 😂.
