20 Minute Home Dumbbell Workout
Metabolic Lean Muscle Workout #1
Perform each exercise for 40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds rest one after the other for 3 straight rounds.
1. Dumbbell Squats
2. DB Bent Over Alternating Rows
3. Alternating Chest Press
4. Biceps Curls
5. Floor Skull Crushers
6. DB Seated Shoulder Presses

How did that work out for you? I'm considering doing the same. Maybe doing short jogs on two off days. I have some weight to lose.
@@t.soares1125 it works good on me, I feel much better and feel better and fit. It doesn't make me lost my weight, but it gave me better strength. I'm also thinking the same like you by having simple HIIT Workouts on two off days, and having my body rest on weekend. Let's see what the results for us, brooo. Good luck

This is my main workout right now. You're a king, Funk.
Did this with a barbell - 95# squat, row, and bench, 45# curls, skull crushers, shoulder press.
Rep ranges 16-25 depending on exercise and round.
Brutal

Hey Funk thanks for the video. You must do some hard training with significant weight to look as good as you do? I am 52 and do 5 sets of 10 18kg presses and similar rows and I am nowhere near as muscular as you!

@@FunkRoberts Noticed you didn't answer the question. Be honest, you don't look like that by JUST doing workouts like this. You're doing significant weight training as well. This may be how you fight off body fat, but not building full muscle bellies like that. C'mon! Not hating, just truth-seeking.

What Park? What Muay Thai Gym? - what are you talking about commercial???? I have always used SST and the Park...haven't used Muay Thai gym in years and it's closed and I also use the studio, so I DON'T UNDERSTAND?/ - But Much LOVE!!!!
You sound like your doing super hard work with really heavy weight and breathing hard but I’m 65 doing same with higher weight and not that tired. Plus your built like a rock and I’m nowhere as strong as you. Guess it’s to charge us you tubers up. Ha

I can never feel anything in my chest when I do those type exercises. Any advice? My form is good I swear. I've tired arching my back and using a bench and neither really makes me feel it. I've tried different angles too, you say 45 degree, definitely done that as well as others that I can't appropriate a number to.

Do you need creatine after workout or is whey protein shakes enough?
I would combine Creatine, LeanPro30 Protein and BCAA to help wth recovery and muscle growth

Did you not hear him say that it was warm in the room and he has probably done a warm up- so out of that great workout the only comment you have is that he is sweating 🤷♂️🤷♂️
