I rarely leave UA-cam comments but I came online to see what the top video is on Electromagnetic Pollution and this is the #1 video :) Sadly, I know first hand what it is like to experience Electrosensitivity and it is not the Nocebo affect. I would lovingly encourage you to look into organizations like the Cellphone Task Force - believe me, the LAST thing I would want to do is pretend to be allergic to cellphones/laptops to get attention (how boring, haha). In the future, I believe society will look back and realize that cellphones are like cigarettes or the use of Asbestos; not safe but the profits were too great to acknowledge the harms, and the media too biased by corporate influence -- The good news is that we can have a compromise and make technology SAFER, not eradicate it all together. I am working for that day! Thanks for hearing my comment (I use my technology sparingly after all haha) xoxo

I am also , and absolutely there is NO nocebo effect in people with ehs. None. More people will soon be suffering with this with the ultra powerful 5G and overexposure and overuse. To Everyone reading the comments. .....Please please, save the babies & children from exposure to the cell phones , WiFi, etc. Distance them as much as possible because these silent weapons are accumulating in All of our bodies, especially the little ones, they absorb it so much more than adults. and this radiation is causing great damage to our nerves and even cells. Yes, they are killing us. Our bodies weren’t made to withstand this horrible man made radiation. My 48 year old brother died from a brain tumor last year from cell phone radiation. Don’t charge it by your bedside or sleep with the cell phone beside you or under your pillow. Use speaker phone. Put on airplane mode. Unplug WiFi when not using. I could say so much more. I could write a book about it but there are already lots of good books out there. Just do the research. Look at the 2012 Bioinitiative Report....

@@karen-zr9ge We're not made for UV-A, UV-B, or UV-C and we are bathed in it everyday. I don't see any problems except skin cancer with high exposer to UV. Radio waves are to low frequency to do anything to us, or any animal on this planet. Visible light is what causes those headaches. Same with UV-A.

One other thing this video doesn't mention that I feel is important is that heavy phone/computer/tv usage might also be linked to other bad habits that can be harmful to your health, like poor diet, poor sleep, poor exercise, poor posture and suchies. Our brains are very prone to making the most obvious causal links (close laptop, no headache) instead of digging deeper.
I also agree that there are much more pressing things to focus on though. :)

I think severe anxiety is the most common experience.
Your headache going away when turning of your laptop or phone could also be because staring at a screen for long periods of time can cause eye strain or over stimulation.

I think "we dont know yet, we're searching for answers, but here's what we did find out so far" type of videos are better than assuming something- not backed by actual science- for the sake of viewer count. @@dr.velious5411 use filters that filter out the blue light of the screen, Windows 10 also had a night light feature, consider using it permanently, there are also glasses that do the same thing, it helps with the eye strain alot.
Like others are saying in the comments this is most likely due to people straining their eyes having their screen brightness too high rather than mysterious electromagnetic radiation waves penetrating their cranium and causing brain damage lol. But we often believe the latter because we are humans and we often forget the simplest of things to make our lives easier in the long run.
