    It's so scary that people are attacking her for talking about this. I had my home broken into last week while I was at work and yeah, I'm upset that things were stolen but the main thing that is affecting me is that someone violated my privacy and safety and the safety of my animals which were home alone at the time. The psychological impact is far worse than the actual event and I hope this streamer is doing okay emotionally.

    Its legit aggravating how much stalking is not taken seriously by both society and law enforcement until an "actual" crime is committed. having a stalker is traumatic for so many reasons especially because most stalkers aren’t mentally sane. what tends to be a trend is if a stalker is arrested for anything involving the person being stalked they then sit in jail saying “THEY did this to me. THEY are the reason i’m in here” so it just boils up. having a fear such as him taking revenge on her for him getting in trouble is something that will never be out of her mind for as long as she lives.

    Another nail in the "it's all an insurance scam" coffin is that it simply would make no logical sense for Foxii to commit insurance fraud in the first place. Because 1) she already makes plenty of money and wouldn't need to resort to such measures, and 2) the fallout from getting caught would not only get her into tons of legal trouble, but would also torpedo her career into oblivion. I've watched a few psychology videos that explain that stalkers like this want to be a force in the streamers life. Positive or negative does not matter to them. They want that attention and they want to be present in their life whatever way they can, which confuses people. It isn't as simple as "oh he really likes her so why is he doing something so horrible?". Quite simply, this sad sack of sh*t so desperately wanted the streamer to think of him, even if that is bad thoughts.

    • @vihmaussivenitaja
      @vihmaussivenitaja Рік тому +6

      Yeah, I don't think they are capable of normal empathy and seeing others as humans. The thought process might be that they understand they don't have a chance of "happily ever after" with the target of their obsession, so they might want to punish, at least make a dent - act out in retaliation against the perceived insult to their ego. Kind of like how a severely abusive person treats their family - on some level they understand they are not loved and their family is just scared of them, there's no real respect - so they double down with the terror. It's a power thing. Also, there might be an element of magical thinking, if not downright delusional thinking. Which comes also with some personality disorders, not only more sever disorders like schizophrenia or type I bipolar with psychosis.

      @@vihmaussivenitajaYou're not far off. A part of it can be psychopathic mentally. A lot of it stemmed from behavior disorders like you said. Anti-social personality disorder was very common with people like that. It's very interesting to read how their brains are hardwired much differently compared to the average person.

    • @hevswev8387
      @hevswev8387 Рік тому +1

      @jdog167 indeed. And it seems another aspect of it can be delusion. They have this made up scenario in their head that this streamer wants them to prove their love. There was a case recently of an OF model who had a stalker who broke into her house. Its debated on what really went down but it seems as though he elieved they were in a relationship and that she wanted him to do that. So in those cases, it seems like some form of psychosis leading to delusions.

    Victims of stalking are so unprotected by the law it is literally a case of "we will only protect you once something physical happens." She only got this man arrested cause he committed arson, not for the stalking. It's just so backwards.
    I have been a victim of stalking way more than I would like to count and it is exhausting trying to protect yourself, creating files of evidence in case this stalker finds you and murders you and knowing the police will not do anything until the stalker shows digital proof they are near you or advancing their efforts, threatens you (i.e, telling you they're gonna murder you cause most of the time police don't care if they say anything else) or the police find you dead.

    There's a deep psychological explanation for why people say things like "You must have deserved it" and conspiratorial nonsense: we don't want to believe-- albeit subconsciously-- that random acts of violence could happen to us at any moment. People need to narrow down the problem so much because it helps them feel safer. Because random acts of violence seem to be happening with increasing frequency (or they're getting more screen time), people are becoming hyper-defensive about them being a target, and that's a reality they want no part of. This doesn't have to be a conscious thought, it can all happen in the back of our minds.
