    1 Berry and spinach smoothie bowl 220 calories (1 serving)
    Ingredients
    1/2 oz spinach
    1 tsp chia seeds
    1 cup unsweetened almond milk
    1/2 cups frozen blueberries
    5 frozen strawberries
    1 frozen banana
    Suggested Toppings:
    ½ banana, sliced
    ¼ cup blueberries
    1 strawberry, sliced
    4 blueberries
    Preparation
    Place the spinach, chia seeds, and milk in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
    Add the frozen berries, banana to the blender and blend until smooth.
    Pour the smoothie into a bowl and garnish with suggested toppings or with toppings of your choice. Serve immediately.
    2 Raspberries mango smoothie bowl 230 calories (1 serving)
    Ingredients
    1/2 cup frozen mangoes
    1/2 cup frozen raspberries
    1/2 cup almond milk
    1 tsp chia seeds
    1 tsp flaxseed
    1/2 tsp honey
    1 tbsp granola for topping
    Preparation
    Combine all of the ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
    Pour the mixture into two bowls and top with granola and

    3 Chocolate almond smoothie bowl 370 calories (1 serving)
    Ingredients
    1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
    1 tsp raw cacao
    1/4 cup almonds
    1 frozen bananas, peeled
    1 cup unsweetened almond milk
    Preparation
    Combine all of the ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
    Pour the smoothie mixture into two bowls and top with banana slices and almonds.
    4 Blueberry banana smoothie bowl 330 calories (1 serving)
    Ingredients
    1 small frozen banana
    1/4 cup frozen blueberries
    1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
    1 scoop vanilla protein powder
    1/2 tablespoon organic almond butter
    1/2 tsp honey
    1 tbsp granola and 6 blueberries (for toping)
    Preparation
    Combine all ingredients into a high speed blender until thick and creamy.

    I usually play it safe with my smoothies and do strawberry banana because its my favourite but I do sometimes dabble in peaches too. I will definitely have to try some of these lovely looking smoothies.

    Ummm.... I am PRETTY SURE smoothie bowls are supposed to be thick , not a liquid. 😬

But milk, on the other hand, has a cooling effect. When these fruits are broken down in the stomach, they become sour. When milk and these fruits are consumed together, their mutually opposing qualities can douse the digestive fire. This, in turn, can cause an imbalance of your gut flora. Ama or toxins are created in your stomach, says the doctor. Mixing milk and fruits together often causes colds, coughs, phlegm and allergies

      I am sorry i should not have said that without trying it....and that too if its so nutritious ....i was really rude....i will try it out definitely....i am actually agreat fan of your channel....i have tried your salads....and i love to watch your vids...n i also like your music....i just became scared of trying these as in my country these are some real expensive fruits so experimenting would be costly but your ideas are as good as always....
