Really spectacular! From that 150+ year old imported olive tree to that unbelievable garden and yard... truly amazing. So glad you kept the original home (structure) and keep some of the original character. You did it the right way! Thank you for another awesome tour!
I will say I would appreciate seeing every room when possible and from all angles, would rather that then interviews, for example the views of the garden for the master suite, views of the garden from the living room, all the bedrooms , even a proper walk through the garden, we didn't really get to see the bbq area or any of the mentioned playground

Too many televisions for me especially the one in the kitchen not necessary. I like the dark floors and 2 rooms. Not a fan of the stepping down into the kitchen even with kids. I like the pool but would have preferred it to have coverage so you can use all year round. Shame they wanted to knock an older home down for convenience :( shame we weren't shown before and after either. Great presentation Hannah and interviews.
This place is lovely…. Not sure about the dark floors. They will show every bit of dust and make it look too dark. Some of the “feature walls” just look tacky as well. Having said that, the tiling on the kitchen wall looks great. The steel and glass doors are beautiful! Wish the kitchen island had a waterfall edge. Would have looked more substantial and higher end. Would definitely change that

from experience i tell you that marble top is not easy to clean. it is a porous material, and it quickly stains if not sealed properly. and i'ts very hard to seal properly
Much better that they kept the original house, much more beautiful than the new build plan and likely retains more value for them. Dodged a bullet in my opinion
