Added to my favourites! I absolutely love this house. Hanna has a way of making everything seem cozy😊. She has "really awesome auntie" type energy by. 🥰
I could listen to and watch your videos all day long. Proper amount of detail and so inviting, just like this property. Hopefully you can update this tour when they complete the epic backyard pool and landscaping work! The view from the primary suite will be even more amazing. Looking forward to the next one.
Hats off to Natalie. To be able to build a house all by herself is some feat (even for a fully skilled tradesman) and especially to such a high finish.. 👍👍
I feel if you are going the minimal route - you've got to commit much more to it. Oh by the way much better to have an upstairs laundry room then a laundry shute - its much more logical. Also it could of done with an air source heat pump system as you could of super insulated the whole house when it was being renovated.
I understand it's "quiet luxury". But for the love of gawd, put a pop of color in each room. A colorful painting or decor would be nice. It's too bland. The place could also use some indoor plants to make it more warm to the eyes.
@@AminTheMystic it's not for me. I don't intend on living there as I have my own house I bought a decade ago. This is for a more palatable interior where being way too bland is boring. Creativity doesn't mean too vanilla. Color brightens the place and give a smile to anyone looking. Even the host enjoyed the splash of colour on the attic space.
@@PuffOfSmokeAgree, the lack of colour is pitiful. It comes across as a designer who either lacks the confidence or experience to play with colour. All you end up with is every single room looking the same; no feature wall to dry the eye, not a single bit of memorable character. When I see houses like the this, my first emotion is to run to B&Q, grab any can of paint, and throw it everywhere. Anything, absolutely anything to break up the bleak, unimaginative nothingness!
A very nice house 🏠❤ from practice point of views: glass panels of staircase are not very comfortable;and wine rack in the dining areas is holding dust.
The windows have this purple haze. Is this an added layer to keep things cool on the inside? I often wonder why homes so close to a (public) road hardly ever use privacy tinted windows. So they choose massive windows to let the light in and get great views but have to keep the inner blinds down for privacy. Odd thinking. Nice house; I like it that they kept some of the original house within the new plan.
I hate my privacy tinted windows. At night someone could be stood at the other side of them but I wouldn’t know as they turn into mirrors. And so expensive to get rid of.
😶😶😶 You have shared some spectacular homes; the layouts, the areas these properties are in, the furnishings of these homes - WOW! But this one - it has to be my favourite so far. My dream home, for sure 😁🖤
This is not far from me, it’s in Bickley. It an incredibly beautiful home but No this is not the best home in south east London, come up to Chislehurst and witness wealth and glamour 😊
Gotta love all these homes that have fabric sofas and dining chairs in the one and only kitchen. Cook fish or curry etc. and the fabric will retain the smell 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
Another flawless performance from Hannah. She’s made for this gig 🫡 I can appreciate the design language in this house, but it’s not to my taste. I dont find a pale / pastel palette calming - quite the opposite, as everything just feels too samey. The design also feels a bit at war with itself. The outside posturing as bold, white and modern wrestling amongst period properties. However the interior is as muted and bland as it gets. Obviously it has its quirkiness, but I just don’t think your eye is allowed to see that as it’s hidden amongst all the pastel nothingness. Obviously that’s the owners taste but for me, it lacks confidence.
I’m so glad I’m American. I love British and European architecture. But i notice things like pantries, walk in closets, Landry rooms, and other American appliances are major upgrades in England. Also, are 8 foot roofs standard even in high end homes?
@@AminTheMystic yeah because all of America is NYC. Thats just a stupid comment! This a home in an affluent suburbs so compare an American high end home the burbs.
@@aaronlewis2501 So why is it in major cities like NYC having your own washing machine can be a great luxury!? You weren't comparing like for like. You made out that average houses had: "pantries, walk in closets, Landry rooms". Now you are saying compare high-end vs high-end. And that completely voids your earlier comment.
Wood flooring in the powder room is disgusting. I also think the house looked better on the outside before with the bricks than being a completely white box. On the inside it looks very feminine also.
stunning house but always amazes me that they don't have a laundry room next to the bedrooms, keep all your dirty clothes upstairs out of the way of your guests
The interior design, the natural lighting, the view of the church - quiet luxury truly is the best way to describe this home. Loved it.
视频中的房子在伦敦哪里
Natalie the designer, A stunning home, beautiful interiors. So many iconic ideas. If you want the WOW factor this is the house.
The best presenter on the show is back
They all have their charms but yeah she is great!
Most professional and also my favourite presenter from this channel
3:42 Hannah admiring herself at the mirror 😂
Well done to the designer of this home, she’s nailed it. Never over the top or tasteless, just perfect.
The view from Kitchen of Church is absolutely breathtaking. The home is tooo white for me though but its a minimalist dream & absolutely modern.
One of the best houses I’ve seen on this channel, absolutely gorgeous, classy and elegant

Just WOW - I loved this home. Would love to see a summer revisit once the pool has been built.
你知道这个地方在哪里吗?

❤❤beautiful beyond words.
Absolutely stunning. I’m in love with this house. Pure class and elegance with a warm feel. ❤
这个房子的位置在哪里🤣
Absolutely beautiful architecture/interior design. Love it, love it love it!!
Gorgeous house, great presentation as always!
A much improved and better presenting style with a vast vocabulary range. It is so fresh not to hear the word ‘here’ every second word.
This house screams, "Photoshoot!" in every room. What marvel of intricate design and function.
Sounds depressing as fuck
Feels like a hotel… needs more colour and homely things
agree needs some colour as looks bland maybe some more green plants
The owner just said that their lives are crazy so they prefer the one colour. It isn’t your house lol
This house is sublime!! I couldn’t wait for this video tour 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾🔥🔥🔥
The presenter is easy to look at 👀👀😍😍🤭🤭🤭🤭

The perfect harmony of design and comfort invites the warmth of our unique collections 🤍
Confess.
I'm not the only one who can't afford a house like this yet is still here to judge if I'd buy it 🎤
The presenter is infinitely more talented and polished compared to the other two ladies on this channel. Well done
Tasteful Interior and generous proportions, loved it.
❤❤❤ stunning🎉
Love Hannah as the presenter--she could be the new Matt Watson but for homes!
I like the color, I'm wondering what type of white is it?
There’s nothing symmetrical about that exterior !
Lovely home, really like meeting the owners.
Great home, who’s the manufacturer of the stairwell pendent lights?. Thxs
That’s the best home gym
The most Modern house in Bromley in my opinion spectacle and in a excellent location
The house is like a UFO in the original setting of the neighbouring houses. I prefer the one the left side. It blends in better.
Hanna is so fking good at presenting i watch all her videos to learn off her
Absolutely Love it ❤
At last a normal girl on this channel👍
I love this house; I am soooo inspired
best presenter ever
Great house❤ What’s on the floors upstairs? Looks 😍
How did they get the pool table in the top room?
This is absolutely gorgeous love it 😍❤❤
Magnifique, j'adore l'intérieur !! ❤
This house does not look very big but inside it's seems that there is a very big space.
@3:35 why there's no window in the powder room?
Great host!
That render won’t last in the U.K. but the house is beautiful, well done to everyone involved xx
unparalleled view
Awesome property
the house 🏠 is beautiful

Really?🤗 Now i am interested!
谢谢你的告知,找到了这个位置,很漂亮的房子,对我们普通人来说,稍微有点大了。好几百平方不适合普通人,一百平方对我们普通人来说就过了。
love this tiny presenter , she Is a like a conveyer belt of double shots of expresso'..
lovely House. Hi Hannah.
If it was on the market, what would be the price?
Maybe £3mil-£5mil
Gotta love all these homes that have fabric sofas and dining chairs in the one and only kitchen. Cook fish or curry etc. and the fabric will retain the smell 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
Dream house ❤
Why is the moisture from the shower in the same room as the walk in wardrobe? Steam can get through cupboard doors 🤦🏻♀️
Omg I love this face, so beautiful ❤😊
At 9m18s, Is that a picture of Buzz Osborne of The Melvins?
Need to know the cost. Doesn’t mean much without figures imho.
kinda predicable. no character. its just buying expensive things, thats not particularly hard to do.
Exquisite

Top floor belongs to me 😀
Desk with a mirror in the hallway?
Hygge with family is the most importnant thing in the world, im from Denmark my self
I would be bored looking at those White walls and furnishings day in day out! Bring some colour to your life!!
price didnt show or mention, anyone guesses?
It is already occupied, I don't think there is any need for price disclosure.

Anyone, any idea how much this house is worth?
How can anyone like this house??? So Soulless...
Support Hannah~❤~❤~❤ luxury home
This house……..beautiful😅
The only enjoyable thing over the video is the present, literally in love with her but the house is meh.
Cuanto blanco...! Arriba , abajo y en el medio , que viva el mono color

How does one afford a mortgage on this property?!
I would not have ruined that wall by putting in a laundry shoot door
The inside of that stove door is minging with burned on grease ewwwww
Glass and plasterboard, no character, functional at best.
Wood flooring in the powder room is disgusting. I also think the house looked better on the outside before with the bricks than being a completely white box. On the inside it looks very feminine also.
Pretty boring to be honest. Without character whatsoever. Very much late 2000.
Now now! Let us be honest. Most houses in the UK look Gregorian and much less like this.
As so often with these places, barely a book in sight....

Not for people who really love books...@@sdcraig

Nope
Looks too white and bland
Like Kim Kardashian's house
❤❤❤
How much???

Is she in her 20's or 50's 😂 great host and great house
....no induction hob?
it's on the island with the extractor in the ceiling
@@itspatrickwayne It looks like a gas hob not an induction hob...no place for old fashioned fossil fuel in a modern conversion.
