After watching this rebuild work of art. I can safely now say that I know nothing. I'm going to just be taking my car to certified master mechanics from now on. The only thing that I'd touch is just replacing the wiper fluids from now on. Great work guys! Seriously!
Wow lads this video is fantastic, the last one was excellent regards the video and editing, this one the audio was very precise between music and live sounds and was a joy to watch, I might even watch it again! Great content as always and can't wait for the next instalment. Nice one Brum👍👌
I think we need a section or bonus clips, Q & A about yourselves.. I'm sure alot of viewers would like to know what is Zee's background & how long has he been working on car's, all of you guy's look quite young with alot of experience?
Nice work there. Do these mechanics have a good memory when re-assembling to remember where everything goes? Or are they working off pictures they took when dismantling?
Yes, well, no. Some work with perfect memory, others rely on pictures but all technicians/mechanics use manuals and specifications to bolt everything down.
I'm going to rebuild my engine had it at a different shop but they couldn't handle it because they didn't have the mentality to fix is there any forums pages or book I can read too be able to understand the BMW engines?.
That sure is a complex and complicated engine, it must have over a thousand parts. Looks like you've rebuilt a few of these engines previously, as you knew where everything went and even the angles on various parts so they lined up correctly with other parts.
Absolutely flawless….but I hope you didn’t paint the block area where the knock sensor fits? Also, I hope you linished that surface and torqued the knock sensor down. I’m sure you did.
You are genius but from my perspective this is not a rebuild. You reused most of the part and only clean it. It has not good for the old performance engine.

I am tiered of working old models in Pakistan. It's my dream to make these kind of engines🙂
What was the total cost in parts ? I’m either deciding to rebuild one or swap an LS in the e46 m3

Beautiful M3 engine... then you put a parasitic drag of a mechanical fan on it..... disappointing.
