We’re all wholesalers at the end of the day

In this Wholesaling Houses 101 video I break down - How to Wholesale Houses to our intern. Our intern is new to the concept of wholesaling, as he went to university for Project Management, so in this video I explain to him how you can wholesale houses with as little as $100.
Wholesaling houses is how Krystal and I got started in real estate. Starting out, we didn’t have much cash, but we wanted to build a rental portfolio, so we started out wholesaling houses. With the goal of making large chunks of cash quickly. And we did just that.
If you’ve tried wholesaling or are struggling in wholesaling don’t worry, It took us over a year to close our first wholesale deal, but once we closed our first wholesale deal we were off to the races!
Our largest wholesale fee to date is $105,000. That’s right we made $105K on a single wholesale deal! And that’s virtually without ever seeing the inside of the house in person.
