@@albertoaguilar2651 I said peace. I’m not saying she said peace. However, She seems very much at peace. She’s wealthy enough to have a housekeeper, babysitters. She’s good! She’s at peace. Lol She loves her children and probably wouldn’t have it any other way. Now says when people have kids, it’s because they really want to. There is so much birth control that one can take to stop pregnancy. So I’m willing to bet she had these four kids because she wanted these kids. She’s young and still has the energy for it. Moreover, peace looks different to different people, so what I mean is, whatever one’s peace is, they should find it, more sooner rather than later in life.

Her grandmas and grandpas blood runs in her veins so yeah she was destined to do this with or without grandmas property. She was born to improve upon what they started. Their gifts and talents were ON FLEET in HER. She may have in a large amount what they had but in little smaller amounts.....DETERMINATION
THAT determination gene got her to where she is at today. yasssss!!!
See, many have been left property by grandmas and grandpas but alot of them did not imporove upon the blessing the way SHE DID.
Some others sometimes even lose the house. The blessing gets loss by them for many different reasons.
So, it becomes a waste of all grandmas work and all of her income put into securing a house that she planned to leave a grandchild.
Not every grandma or grandpa are able to look down from heaven smiling down on those grandchildren ....some are rolling over in their grave with disappointment.
So. no it was not just the inheritance that helped her.....
But you are right in that yes ...it jump start her FOCUS......yasssss!

It’s so refreshing to run across someone who has a genuine motive to teach. So many today, act as if there isn’t enough money for everyone to benefit. The statement she made about “ Predatory
teaching” was phenomenal! She dropped so many gems 💎 today, I couldn’t believe my ears. I gained some serious perspective. Much love to you both!

Investing in the financial market is a grand choice I made. Great video! Thanks for sharing!

@Manuel Andrea I invest across the top markets but not by myself though. I follow the guidelines of *PRISCILLA DIANE AIVAZIAN* I can correctly say she's worth her salt as an investment advisor as her diversification skills is top-notch, I say this because of the results, as my portfolio grows by averages of 20 to 3O% every month, unlike I can say for my IRA which has just been trudging along. my portfolio just mirrors what she places and not just on some particular industries of my choosing. she gave me that financial freedom I needed

You said it all. It's hard to predict the future, but one thing you can always rely upon is human GREED. Once stocks start rising again, people are going to think back and kick themselves and ask why they weren't willing to buy things at a 60-80% discount. Interesting I'm also a subscriber of *PRISCILLA DIANE AIVAZIAN* signals and if I were to rate her accuracy, I would say perfect 👌

LIBERTONCORP is young. Holding almost anything mentioned here is a good hold because the VHS or Beta will only show in time. I want to hold them early. Its sad that most dont think of these things as good future holds instead of being out of the market and bottom hunting. Are we the adopters or are we scavengers? surely one of these layer ones will become the standard and i dont want to sell any of them too early.

Great gems on the real estate tip! I think it's important to note though that if you want to get into real estate as a means to create both TIME and FINANCIAL FREEDOM buying in cash is not the ONLY way. Some may live outside of an area that has cheap houses for cash (not too mention having the rehab funds)---don't let that stop you! There are MANY ways to get into real estate. Jamisa's way is ONE successful option.
If you choose to use a low or no down payment mortgage to purchase, you're not doing it 'wrong'.
Educate yourself first so that you will BUY RIGHT, so when life happens you remain in a position to keep your properties!
There are great ethical mentors available (Jamisa included) that can walk you through the real estate process....who actually DO the business...pay for assistance...invest in yourself and crush it!

This is the best interview I've seen on real estate investment, the very best. I'm Nigerian and the concept of mortgage on houses is not a thing here because most home owners pay cash for their houses or they build from scratch but In recent times mortgages are slowly being introduced by real estate companies and they seem attractive to a lot of young people. Thank you for showing us that owning a house mortgage free is still the best way to go in real estate investment.
