All three members besides the singer Zack de la Rocha are part of Audioslave.
We know. Audioslave sucks. This og.
@@misterpacha1 and your answer about saying they suck is incorrect, try again kid
@@Nolimitcam._ yeah but audioslave sucks. soundgarden is amazing, rage is amazing. audioslave is ass.
also when you use the perjorative "kid" when you clearly don't know the bands that came before and we do... turns out you are the kid.
@@Nolimitcam._ I look young but I'm in my late 30s. U try again. Name so e good Audioslave songs. Go ahead. A band with 1 good song does not make them good.
@@Beluga_Too bro so true. I was gonna defend myself but u did all by yourself haha. And so true. Rage then soundgarden then Audioslave in that order. Also may be kid because I still get asked for id's when I go to a club. 🤣
If you're into socially conscious rock tunes. I'd love for you to react to Living Colour's "Cult of Personality." Although nearly four decades old, it still speaks to today's Populist movements around the world.
Will always be current.. unfortunately. We need to do better and stop hating anyone and everyone just because they don't look like you or believe other than you.
Sick band man. Thanks for reminding me after a few years.
Their last album before Audioslave had some bangers. "Testify", "Sleep Now In The Fire", and "Renegades of Funk" are all solid songs.
Bass is Tim Commerford playing a $300 pawn shop Music Man Stingray, live.
Bulls on Parade, People of the Sun, the Ghost of Tom Joad, Know Your Enemy are all great
nobody ever mentions the second half of the battle of los angeles. f’ me some of my favorite tunes are in there! born of a broken man, born as ghost, maria, voice of the voiceless, new millennium homes…
4:04. It’s the whole band! AudioSlave is the band from RATM and the lead singer from Soundgarden.🌿🌸
I was 24 years old when they released this and I was like who the hell are these guys???, this is...AWESOME. My favourite music has been always blues, jazz, 60's, The Doors, Hendrix, that kind of stuff. Loved the new rock of 90's too and Rage against the Machine was always the number 1 for me.
I remember metal fans getting this to the UK number 1 spot , in protest to the talent shows!! 😀🤘
That's awesome. When did this occur?
@@TrentRidley Dec 2009 , it was the first download only number 1
@@VIPER-rf3pm Love it!
Always loved that song
Rage’s most simple tune lyrically, but then the repetition really drives home the point. They wouldn’t censor their songs either, when asked to. Good to recognize Morello from Audioslave, and in fact all 3 instrumentalists were in that group.
Best Christmas song ever. - lets just look back to 2009.
I'll never forget the electricity in the air when RATM dropped an album back in the day, for some of us these tracks kept us alive, kept our heads up, kept us on two feet, kept us looking to the future for better days.
You should watch VOB sing this song in live concert in France... Amazing.. 😍🥰
Great reaction! Recommend Ball Tongue by Korn for that bass!!
I saw them when they were just barely breaking out into popularity at my college in 1993. Such amazing performers!
Lucky ❤️
I still have the cassette tape to this still , amazing track
You MUST listen to those other from RATM: "Know your enemy". "Bullet in your head", "Bombtrack", "Wake up"... And all of the first album because it's a BOMB !... Of course listen to other albums tracks... But the first album is EPIC and LEGEND.
Down rodeo?
@@tyewalker2267 Yes, and the RENEGADES album is great too.
I've always loved this song, so glad you've reacted to it, Millie❤❤
Welcome to my playlist ❤ love the reaction
Plss..react to rage against the machine testify live at Finsbury park.. you'll gonna love it
I used to listen to RATM while cleaning my place--follow the beat & the job gets done very fast. And of course you like the bass line, as you play bass yourself, if I'm right.
Powerful lyrics
That Behs, that Behs!!!
SO many others for you to listen to sicne you said "rebel" but also being a bassist. SO many of their songs helped me get better at bass because theyre very catchy riffs, but usually not too complicated
If you're looking for another legendary not so well known base line: check out "Holiday in Camboida - Dead Kennedys" (studio version)
If you want an epic bass line, check out The Sisters of Mercy "Amphetamine Logic". The bass on that tune is INCENDIARY.
hello, react to them again, this time listen to the song "know your enemy", this song is excellent!❤

Love that your cat is back doing reviews with you! lol
Just so you know, this song has nearly no lyrics. All the rest of their songs have many lyrics, and are so incredible! 🌿🌸
You should listen to the whole album (Rage Against the Machine, Self-Titled, their debut album), it's just banger after banger... one of my favourite albums of all time.
I'm not a huge fan of RATM but this has one of the best guitar solos ever
a few recommendations to take a peek at"
Judith, A Perfect Circle... drums and bass masterpiece
Steam, Peter Gabriel, 80s funk synth
INXS, lots and lots of them lol
In the early 90's when it was released was shortly after the "RODNEY KING" incident, THIS WAS THE ANTHEM AGAINST POLICE BRUTALITY
Epic..Powerful
After RATM fell out with singer Zack, they teamed up with Chris Cornell and became Audioslave. Same band, different singer and style.
Audioslave had the bassist, guitarist and drummer from RATM
❤
Happy Mayday Millie.
Please react to “First Of May” by the Bee Gees. Thanks 🙏🏻
If you want to hear some great "BAAAASSS" check out Take The Power Back! Also, it's best to react to lyric videos with Rage, as Zach's lyrics are often easy to miss with how great the band itself is. I think this could quickly become your next Korn (I'd love to see you react to Coming Undone BTW)!
If you like bass, you should react to Royal Republic - Oi Oi Oi. You will love it so much !!
Check out Pink Floyd's One of These Days Pulse version. I think you will love the bass in that song.
Hola Millie! Por favor 🙏🏻
More Rage!! And when will you react to Tool 🔥. If you love bass ....then Tool is your band. También puedes oir a Zack De La Rocha cantar en español...desde Veracruz
Hello Millie
This is an awesome song by a great band and you should check out a cover of this song by Frog Leap Studios.Leo is fantastic doing covers of any type of music.
Audioslave are Rage Against the Machine with a different singer😎😎🤫🤘
🤘
Their song Wake Up! was part of the Matrix movie soundtrack
Definitely more Rage
I do know that bass guitarist favorite bass guitarist is Geddy Lee.
Hope you do more RATM! Incredible band!🌿🌸
IF you're going to do RATM, you need the lyrics. They had a message, on top of being awesome musicians.
Hello! I HIGHLY recommend you to check out song Armageddon by band Bassinvaders - the clue is that in this band ONLY 3 bassists (2 of them are also vocalists), 1 drummer and no guitarists. This is f*cking INSANE! \m/😎\m/
Andai saja kamu react cover by "VOB" untuk RATM Killing In The Name, saya akan tinggalkan cinta disini untuk anda ❤
Have a listen to In the court of the crimson king. King Crimson.
React to this song or "Bullet In The Head" live 1993
Listen to more Rage Against the Machine. It's good for the soul.
Try "Wake up".
All but the singer are in Audioslave...as so many, and myself, have and will tell you.😂
😃🔥💥🔥💥🔥💥🔥💥✊🏽
Surprised you never did the band Tool. If you like base try their song The Pot from their album 10,000 Days. By the way, got 3 albums of RATM. And love your reactions.
Millie I just love you.....
I saw you had reacted to "one ok rock" but you havent reacted to their "Take what you want" Which just makes u speechless, Please react to it!
Check out audioslave
Check out the movie "Heavy Metal" Good movie & soundtrack.
the cat must be thinking what is that woman doing and is she talking all the time ha ha
As a bass player, please please do yourself a favour and listen to Iron Maiden's Powerslave. It has one of the best bass lines in rock. Steve Harrris is arguably the best bass player in music IMO
“Some of those that work forces, are the same that burn crosses.” Zack is saying the some of the same ones that are police are ones that would be in the kkk.
The second verse is changed in live performances, which was supposed to be on the original track but the record company made them change it. The 2nd verse would go “some of those that hold office, are the same that burn crosses.”
Your a POP MUSIC rebel... society fears you
Please listen to Diana Ankudinova Brendon Stone the day you...
Salam dari indonesia
I think they have better songs, like Know your enemy, Wake up, Bulls on parade, Sllep now in the fire or Calm like a bomb, for example. (But well, Killing in the name is GREAT)
こんばんは、お疲れ様です。っていうか、Band-Maidのリアクション動画,お願いしますよ!新曲も最高なんですから!
Hi there Hi there Hi there
Dirty loops - run away. Thank me later.
finally someone who admits to having heard this song before. all these fake ass reaction channels pretend they’ve never heard this before like it was believable
I remember that shortly after September 11th, a list of songs that could not be played on radio in the USA was created. For the RATM was "All Musics". Exaggerated patriotism of americans has already been used against themselves many times. Some americans today living abroad have realized this.
Nap
I loved this song when it was a cool rebel song. In todays time (in the US at least) it doesn't hold up well for me because of the ludicrous nature of people. No cops, riots are ok (some of them), lets sit in the road and stop traffic while holding some ridiculous sign saying something like 'love my idea else I will beat your head in with this peace loving sign', lets blame everything on everyone else but me, etc. I guess I grew up.
I hope this new tact of yours of talking through the songs is an anomaly. Ive noticed it on a few of your latest reactions. Please dont let this become your normal operating procedure.
It's a song about racist cops in America.
You have no concept of lyrics..... It's actually offensive!!!!
check the bass of BULLET IN THE HEAD
Check out most of Tim Commerford’s work.
