I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A GAUGE LIKE THIS FOR MONTHS. I'm so stoked to see that this retains stock looks with stealthy characteristics. I needed a battery volt gauge for the 1600 Watt audio build I am about to attempt in my 18 SI with a second battery. Thank you so so so much for the install video. Thumbs up.
AWESOME! I'm glad you found us. If you're only looking for battery voltage you can get that with our "Analog" version but you can get tons of data with the OBD2 version though.
This looks like the answer for me. I have a old ktuner that doesn’t have the stand alone hud. I have been looking for a solution that would allow me to read love data. I am going to order this and do a full review.
When the device is restored to factory settings, it will return to the same as when it was purchased, right? Will the device read the vehicle data again after recovery?
@@yishunGuan no, a factory reset will restore it to default factory settings which will need adjusted when connected to a Honda. Hello man, I have a Honda Civic 2016 1.5T. I want to know how I do so that the gauge measures the psi of the turbo, it stays at 0.0, it doesn't do anything!
Hey, on your car if you are reading boost through the OBD2 port and your boost setting is set to bSt.C it will rest at 0.0 at idle as your pressure sensor is before the throttle body. You won't see boost build until you start accelerating. If you are reading boost with the analog boost sensor though, you'll want to make sure your boost tubing to the sensor didn't pop off or get cut somewhere. I think you've already chatted and emailed us as well and I have answered there as well. Let us know in either of those threads if you need more help. - Jake
Most likely not, many OBD2 devices (especially full fledged tuners do not like seeing other devices communicating on the network while they are working. The gauge can be disconnected at any point without losing its settings so you can just disconnect the gauge at any point when you need to tune/data log and then it will pick up right where you left off once you reconnect it.
Hello, my email has been sent, but no one replied. After restoring the factory settings, the instrument screen did not show anything after starting the engine. How could this be?

Tried plugging in my new P3 gauge for the FK8. I am currently running a full Motec M142 ecosystem with the C127 dash. Plugging the gauge for testing does not show anything except battery and the configuration. Do I need to do something else as well?
This may require some configuration changes. Please try switching from “cc.H” to “cc.A” in the P3 config menu. Please also email support@p3cars.com and we can follow up with support. Thanks!
Hey Steve, I do not believe you can run Ktuner and the gauge in full-fledge OBD2 mode at the same time. HOWEVER... the gauge can run at the same time as Ktuner when it is in "Analog" mode. In this mode it still uses the OBD2 port for power and ground but the gauge will only read the analog inputs (boost with analog sensor, battery voltage, and analog inputs 1 and 2) So with just a few button presses you can switch between OBD2 and Analog modes for compatibility with Ktuner.
The green dimmer wire needs to be connected to any wire that gets 1 or more volts DC only when the headlamps are on. You will need to test circuits with a multi-meter to confirm which one to tie into.
The car is still somewhat new to me but I haven’t been able to find an actual coolant temp, EGTs, ignition timing, or IATs in the factory cluster/gauges. Our gauge can also read/clear codes so that’s handy especially out on a road trip.
Absolutely. We offer 0-5v pressure sensors on our site and there are a variety of 0-5v temperature sensor solutions on the market. Feel free to email us at service@p3cars.com if you have any further questions. -Matt
Our car is still bone stock and I haven't run one of these along side a ktuner. On GMs I have run this gauge at the same time as an HP Tuners but the gauge also has an "analog" mode you can switch into to cut all network traffic if you wish. -Jake
Tested with Hondata and it does not work. The gauge will shut down when you turn on Hondata. (Even if you switch to low priority mode) I will test ktuner in the next few days when I have time.
@@RyannRyannB we may end up making an Analog install. If you use our OBD2 power harness (available on the accessories page) the install will be the same except for connecting the boost tubing to your intake with a boost tap. If you do not use the OBD2 power harness, you’ll simply need to connect a single ground wire and a single 12v power wire.

How to set the 10th generation Civic to automatic brightness🔅? Can you tell me where it is connected to the green line?
I don't have the specific wire you will need to connect to but it will be any wire that gets 1 or more volts DC only when the headlamps are on.
Is it enough to connect the green line to the light line of the safety box?
@@yishunGuan I am not sure what you are referring to by "safety box". Please email service@p3cars.com and we can help you further there.
